You can have sex with your wife if she is willing to do so as it will not affect feeding. But this unprotected sex may rarely cause pregnancy.

No problem. But do not forget to take plenty of water and juices to keep yourself hydrated. Also use condoms if you do not want pregnancy.

The reason veins are blocked is because of the formation of clot or due to anything else which compresses it. Vein is nothing but a pipe carrying blood.
