Nephrosis is a kidney condition which develops into a more serious kidney problem if ignored for a long time. It occurs when protein passes from blood plasma to the kidneys through a more freely permeable glomerulus. With the increase of protein level in urine, retention of protein in rest of the blood stream decreases. This can cause serious health issues, and can generally be traced back to other problems like diabetes, lack of immunity and prior exposure to infections.
HOW IS NEPHROTIC SYNDROME DIAGNOSED?
A low salt and low protein diet is recommended for people suffering from nephrosis.
