Choose seed oil rather than veggie oil like groundnut and mustard oil is good for health if consumed in moderate amount.

In my body there are small collections of mass. Also called guilty in hindi. One is in the right arm and one on shoulder. 2 are in left abdomen and 2 in the right down the ribs. Is anything to worry about it?

hello harjot,collection of mass means skin lumps or lypoma,soft to touch and moveable,mostly benign in nature,treatment is not required in most of the cases unless it is bothering you.

According to ayurveda the best time for eating banana is afternoon ,eating empty stomach may trigger peptic ulcer and at night increases cough production.
