No my field of expertise, but you can try with higher SPF (Sun Protecting Factor), trial and error the one that suits your skin.

Use sunscreens which are available in aquagel form like suncros aquagel, photoban aquagel, zoray aquagel etc.These are water base, doesn't causes acne.

Yes you can use sunscreen. But first do skin test by applying on a small part on your arm. If no adverse reaction, you can use it.

Use sunscreen with spf of 50. U can apply at home also. Windows and fluorescent bulbs can let through uv rays that can cause damage to your skin ? so unless you're in a windowless room with no light, your skin is receiving uv radiation.
