400 iu per day of vit D3. Dose of iron supplementation will depend on weight and hemoglobin of the child.

My 16 month babies hemoglobin level is 5. I hv started with trifer 2.5 ml daily dose along with zincovit 1 ml daily dose. Her platelet count is also low i.e 54000. But otherwise she is active. Will this treatment help?

This treatment will help but you need to get her investigated in detail-gbp, rbc indices, rbc count as this would help in evaluation of the cause of bicytopenia.
