1000 is a very high dosage. You can take Pancreatinum 30CH, 2-3 drops in a tsp of water thrice a day. Depending on your symptoms, you might be needing more medicines. Pancreatinum alone might not be sufficient or indicated. I suggest you consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you before starting the medication. Hope this helps.

Hello lybrate-user, growth hormone is responsible for increase in height. Production of growth hormone gradually decreases as the age increases. But you can definitely employ some measures to improve your height as in males growth ceases between 18 -21 years. And again though having a good height is usually a genetic predisposition but nutrition and other factors can influence few more inches. Certain measures to increase the production of growth hormones are- 1. Increase your intake of vitamin c containing fruits like -oranges, sweet limes, lemon, grapefruit, indian goose berries, etc. 2. Include vegetables, salads, sprouted cerals, nuts, fish, etc 3. Vit. D - it's an essential nutrient for the body. You can get it free by exposing your self to sunlight in morning. 4. Adequate sleep- sleep plays a major role in increasing height as production of growth hormone is maximum during first two hours of sleep. Hence don't eat heavy meals within two hours of going to sleep otherwise the excesa insulin released due to heavy meals will hamper the effects of growth hormones. Eight hours of sound sleep is sufficient to gain advantage. 5. Maintain correct posture while walking and sitting. 6. Yoga- certain yoga asnas are very effective in increasing height as it stretches entire body. * suryanamaskar * cat and camel pose. * shoulder stand if possible. * trikonasana * sarvangasana. Do these asanas regularly for a steady improvement. Always remember height increase is a slow process and measures for the same should be taken with utmost regularity achieve desired results. Best of luck. Regards,
