Apply hot fomentation
Do SLR- lying straight raise leg upto 35-40 degrees, hold for 5 sec then relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily
Do back isometrics- keep a towel roll under lower back, fold knees & press the towel with back, hold for 5 sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily
Do bridging- lying straight fold knees, raise back upwards, hold for 5 sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily
Before exercise apply hot pack & after exercise apply cold pack.
