Hi, you don't have to use multani mitti for the entire day, but it is to be used as per your skin type, frequency of using it also depends upon the same! In case you do have dry skin, you can add little cream (malai) to it and don't let it get dried fully, wash it in slightly semi-wet state.

I am becoming black day by day. As I was playing in sunlight. Can I use Multani mitti. Also suggest me other measures.

You become black due to sun burn. Apply spf+30 sunscreen lotion 30 minuties before going to play. Take khadiraristha syrup 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner.

In that case you should not wait more. Please follow a proper advice on skin care by a registered medical practitioner. I can suggest you to use a face wash, a good sunscreen with minimum spf 30 avoid pricking your pimples. Try curd and turmeric combination on your face. It can help you.

Using multani mitti can cause wrinkles if you talk ofmr make expression lines on face when you have applied it on face. So always use it with little honey and rose water and avoid talking / making expressions till it dries and washed off.
