Using multani mitti can cause wrinkles if you talk ofmr make expression lines on face when you have applied it on face. So always use it with little honey and rose water and avoid talking / making expressions till it dries and washed off.

You become black due to sun burn. Apply spf+30 sunscreen lotion 30 minuties before going to play. Take khadiraristha syrup 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner.

My wife and myself are having knee joint pain while getting up or sitting on floor. After seeing TV ads, I have bought astha Jeevak paste and oil to be applied on knees.
