1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don?t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night 10. Don?t sleep in day time 11. Don?t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi, you don't need to take any special medicine, just need to drink green tea, and do little yoga.

Hello if your goal is to keep your body healthy and fit, then your workout should comprise of cardio, body weight exercises and weight training. 1. Before commencing your workout, do a light jog of about 2-3 kms at a decent pace. 2. Never skip the body weight exercises which are mainly push ups, pull ups and squats. 3. And weight training is very helpful to gain strength and keep your tendons and ligaments strong. Best of luck!

1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber Foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- Prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 11.
