Healthaid Livercare Tablet are specially formulated tablets using the detoxifying herbs such as thistle, milk, turmeric, artichoke and dandelion. Lipotropic factors are included to help maintain the liver health and general well being and those factors are Methionine, Choline and Inositol. Mr. Lybrate-user, thanks for the query. Tablet obimet contains metformin. Whereas vildagliptin is a different compound. These drugs are usaully combined together. But whether to to one or both depends on the glucose levels, hba1c%, I can not answer without all the necessary details. Thanks.
