DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is vital for brain and eye development during pregnancy, and reduces risk for early preterm birth, which is associated with poor neurocognitive outcomes and maternal depression. Elemental Iron (Iron) transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, thus making an individual feel energetic and preventing anemia. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia. Zinc is essential for normal foetal growth. Vitamin E helps to give cells their structure. And with your baby growing and developing at a rapid rate, it is an important nutrient to include in your pregnancy diet.
The Lycopene prevents free radicals from damaging cells.

Folci DHA tablet is used for the treatment of
Iron deficiency anemia,
Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5.
