Use minotress hair solution 5% on scalp for two times per day for 3 mths. n hair problems take long tym to treated so hv patience. drink 2-3 lit of water daily include protein rich foods in ur diet, include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet ,exercise 45 min daily. thanks

Hello vasanth I don't recommend hair gels on daily basis , occasionally u cn apply bt not on daily basis.Excessive use of hair products n chemical hair treatments damages the hair ,use of hair gel cn clog ur hair pore , damaging the scalp.so I ll suggest not to use it on daily basis . Go for medicated shampoo like triclenz or aquasilk shampoo for daily basis .u cn wash ur hair daily bt with medicated shampoo. Take hair supplements for healthy hairs such as cap estemo once a day after food . Hello. First of all there no correlation betn dandruff,hairfall & masturbation. Hairfall can b due to low haemoglobin levels,thyroid problems,inadequate nutritional food,stress,dandruff,excessive use of hair products,chemical hair treatments,hereditary,smoking,alcohol consumption etc. For excessive dandruff use, Noskurf lotion on scalp at night time 8X shampoo 2-3 times per week, apply on scalp, keep it for 5 min n washed it off, once dandruff goes stop it ( u cn use once in week for maintenance) n shift to medicated shampoo like Triclenz or hair 4 u for regular use. Trilast hair serum on scalp at night time for 3 months Minotress 5 % solution on scalp two times per day for 3 months. Juene hair oil 2-3 Times per week.
