Avoid junk food, excess cosmetic, take plenty of water. Use even shade cream of charak pharma n eve fresh cream of jrk pharma.

It could be induced by friction or pressure. You can apply moisturizer for few days and avoid pressure and and friction. If it is not better with this, better to meet a dermatologist.

take plenty of water, vitamin A , avoid spicy diet. u r suffering from psoriasis probably. apply psorolin oil n soap of Jrk siddha.
