Sir, I am 73 years old man having diabetes since 20 years. Recently I am having severe burning sensation when I go for urination. By the advise of a friend, I am taking bhargava prostate tablets one tablet twice a day. Recently I am taking three times. Now I am getting still some pain in the edge of my penis. Please advise me in this regard. Can I take the postural tablets 4 times a day or any alternative homeo drug for my pain. I am a pure vegetarian.
