I think the spermatozoa may not be enter in to vagina, after that you had a vaginal bleeding, any how better you check preg test to avoid unnecessary tension, if it is negative then you have to think about clots.

Recently there is a guideline that you have to take HIV medication irrespective of your CD4 count and has to continue life long.It will decrease viral load and so risk of transmission to your baby will decrease.

I am 27, i have missed my periods for almost 12 days but with two times negtve hpt. I always have regular periods and never had serious issue with my health. Should i go for ultrasound for accurate result?

Vaidya Visharad

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Hello, Emergency contraceptive pills are bad for her health if taken for more than once in a month. Instead, ask her to take oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) from 2 nd day of her period cycle to avoid getting pregnant.

Nothing to worry, hormonal imbalance is the common causative factor for irregular periods. Better to take homoeopathy medicines to regularize your periods. Are you having any thyroid problem?

Hello. Me and my gf wants to have sex bt her vagina is so tight as she is still virgin so I'm not able to put my penis inside her pussy so give Me some advice how to make her hole loose and we can enjoy. Thanks

Vagina too tight The vagina itself is never too small to accommodate a penis – remember that its walls are stretchy enough to allow a full-sized baby to pass along it. But it can seem too small for sex if the muscles at its entrance go into a spasm when your partner tries to insert his penis. This is a fairly rare condition called vaginismus. Some women with vaginismus can insert a tampon without any problem, but others find that trying to insert anything – a tampon, a finger or a penis – makes the muscles contract. Women with vaginismus often avoid having cervical smears, because they think it will be painful or impossible. Very occasionally, the penis cannot be inserted because the hymen (which is the membrane at the entrance to the vagina) is unusually tough, but this is very rare indeed. How the woman feels. Vaginismus is a very distressing condition. It is very painful if your partner attempts to push his way in, and you may feel wary that he may do this. You may also have feelings of anger, guilt and inadequacy, and fear that your partner may leave you. Some women withdraw from all physical contact – even holding hands – in case it leads to sex. How the partner feels. Partners are usually confused and worried. Your partner will hate the idea of causing you any pain. He may think that his sexual technique is at fault. What causes vaginismus? It is really a deep-rooted phobia of penetration, and perhaps of pregnancy or childbirth. The reason is different for each woman: it can result from some unresolved sexual conflict, from sexual abuse or from a belief that sexual activity is undesirable. You may have had a painful vaginal condition that has left you with a conditioned fear of sex. Vaginismus should not be confused with frigidity; women with vaginismus are often sexually responsive, but can not tolerate penetration. Treatment. Vaginismus can be helped. Relate, the counselling organization, reports that of 3693 women seen over a 2-year period, 80% improved with therapy. Psychosexual counselling. The therapy is not at all frightening. You will be taught how to relax your vaginal muscles and eventually to insert a small tampon. In due course you will learn to insert larger tampons. If you have a partner, the therapist will start by telling you not to attempt sex. Instead, you will be encouraged to resume non-genital physical contact in very small steps, such as holding hands, sitting close together or putting an arm round each other. Quite late in the programme, you and your partner will be shown how you can insert his penis yourself, as if it were a tampon; he lies on his back and is not allowed to move at this stage. Only at the very end of the therapy programme will you be encouraged to have proper sex.

If hormonal tests are normal, your hypomenorrhoea will also correct with age. Your bmi also seems to be normal. Just have healthy diet, avoid starch and high carb foods, take vitamin b and vit d supplements. Treatment of acne by dermatologist with topical applications can be done. There is no need to take treatment for pcod at your age.

Hi Lyberate user. Congratulations on the double good news! A normal delivery is possible if your 1st twin is in head down position. However if the 1st twin is in breech (head up and buttock down) position, its best to opt for caesrean delivery as it in this position, there can be several complication which can at times be fatal for the baby. hope this has been helpful.

let her do oral sex, but before ejaculating don't do inside her mouth. Some women have allergy to components in the seminal fluid, so better avoid taking it in mouth. All the best
