Whenever I have unprotected sex with my wife she get lot of pain in lower stomach and had bleed too. Why she get infection whenever we had unprotected sex?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

As after sex she is having bleeding, she should be immediately examined by a gynecologist who will do pap test with hpv test to find out the exact cause. As she has pain at the time of sex, ultrasound should also be done, she may be suffering from endometriosis.

I am 24 married 7 month back I am having pcos I have taken follicular study and rupture injection are ruptured but negative results and period not came today is 45 day what can I do now doctor.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
U need to keep repeating the test every week till you get menses. As you r suffering from pcod, ovulation can get delayed. But you r married since just 7 months, why treatment is started so soon. You need to give time to your body to get pregnant. Treatment for infertility is started 1 year of marriage with regular intercourse (i. E. 3-4 times a week). Ovulation occurs only one day in a full monthly cycle. So your body need more time to exactly match that timing with intercourse. Wait for another 6 months and try for spontaneous pregnancy.

After reaching a certain age, a woman? s ovaries stop making eggs and there is less production of hormones like estrogen and progesterone that regulate menstruation and fertility. Gradually, menstrual cycles become irregular and eventually stop. Menopause is confirmed when a woman has no period for 12 consecutive months. This process normally happens between ages 45 and 55 at times, menopause can be triggered by medical procedures, such as a hysterectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, or primary ovarian insufficiency condition. While going through menopause, fluctuating levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, tired feet, insomnia, depression, vaginal dryness, bladder problems, thinning hair, dry skin, breast pain, mood swings and memory problems. Most women do not need treatment for menopausal symptoms because they go away by themselves. However, if you are bothered by the symptoms, there are many natural ways to deal with them. Ways to beat menopause symptoms. Flaxseed ground flaxseed is considered a good remedy for menopause symptoms like hot flashes. Her knee pain is because of osteoarthritis. It may be early or advanced and can be diagnosed by x Rays. Her weight is playing major role for knee pain. Main treatment for her will be exercises for knee. Cycling and Swimming are best exercises as they avoid loading of joints and exercises are pain free as compared to walking. 6 Nutrients Women Need The Most
A woman's body needs a lot of nourishment. There are many vitamins and minerals that ensure a healthy body. However, as you reach puberty and age more, a few nutrients become vital for healthy functionality, reproduction as well as vitality. On this International Day Of Action For Women's Health, 28th May, learn more about the women's health so that you or women around you stay healthy.

Here are top 6 nutrients that are a must for women of all ages.

1) Vitamin B12 - Women suffer from extreme fatigue as soon as they reach late 20s or mid-30s and vitamin B12 has proven to be extremely efficient in not only curbing the feeling of fatigue, but also in promoting swiftness and alertness in the body.

2) Vitamin D3 - Lack of vitamin D3 is detrimental for breast and ovarian cancers which plague a large number of women. This vitamin also builds immunity against certain autoimmune diseases and provides adequate strength to muscles, bones and teeth.

3) Iron - Adequate levels of iron in the body ensures that you never run out of energy and are always active. In addition, iron plays an important role in maintaining efficient functioning of the brain.

4) Vitamin B6 - Vitamin B6 mainly promotes the maintenance of a healthy and regular sleep pattern and protects against sleep-related disorders such as insomnia. It also helps in the correct regulation of your appetite while maintaining hormonal balance, thus protecting you from mood disorders.

5) Folate - Women who are expecting or have recently given birth certainly benefit a great deal from adequate consumption of folate. These women are highly vulnerable to a number of spinal and brain defects which are effectively prevented by the nutrient. It also helps to make the body highly resistant to colon and breast cancers.

6) Calcium - Calcium is like a wonder drug for all women as it solves a majority of problems which hinder their daily life. It plays an important role in maintaining a stable blood pressure and is extremely efficient in controlling certain noxious symptoms of PMS. It is important also to maintain their bone density as they age.

My wife 27 week pregnant n she feels more movement of child and one side of stomach is rising is there any problem.
Normally the uterus is positioned only on the one side of the tummy and it is mostly on the right side, that is the reason movements r felt only on one side and stomach will rise only in one direction.
