I did 60 (repetitions) air squats in one go after months of no exercise. The next day onwards (yesterday) I felt a stiffness and heaviness in both my thighs with difficulty in walking. I am also getting tired on normal walking. Can you suggest something to relieve the conditions?

You should not have done this. Don't overdo anything. Start slowly n then slowly increase exercise in intensity n frequency. You can take Rhus Tox 30/ 6 times/ 3 days For better results consult with details.

Yes, you have thyroid. Do life style changes like. Maintain active life style. Exercise regularly. Avoid fast foods n fried foods. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. Get Some Much-needed Stress Relief-- by doing, yoga, meditation etc. Establishing a sleep schedule and sticking to it helps. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day—including weekends. Its a common problem now a days. Do saline gargles daily. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. Hello, I am 26 years age male unmarried, i am working in IT firm I feel too much tired now a days and also sleeping my eyes were paining with tired i am always sleeping am travelling about 50 kms up and down daily for office is that the reason and also my travelling to office will be on noon at hot sun how can I be more active I feel very much depressed because of this.

It may be because of your everyday routine. Give your body a continuous supply of nutrition n lead an active life. Do this— 1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. I had my periods on 9th september and I usually have a cycle of 28 days, I did HCG test and urine test on 9th october and the HCG count was 0.23,could I be pregnant? Today it’s 14th and I still haven’t got my periods.

It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. So you need to wait n repeat test again.

Are you an athlete. Or are you running for the first time. If yes yes then my advice is you strengthen your leg muscles first. Then start running. For this I need to join a gym. N do weight training exercises only. That to 2-3 days a week. Remember it should be done on alternate days not consecutive days. Like if you do it on Monday then next session should not be before Wednesday. It can be Wednesday or Thursday. When doing weight training exercises, on that day don’t do cardio. What I mean to say is don’t mix n match. If you r doing cardio, on that day do cardio only, no weight training. On the day of weight training, don’t do cardio exercises. This will strengthen your muscles n will help you in running. All the best.
