Hello I advise you to go for ultrasonography of abdomen to rule out any cysts in ovary. Taking these medicines which you have mentioned is a temporary solution for the problem as they are sort of hormone replacement therapy. Your weight is not very high so hormonal profile doesn't seems necessary right now. I suggest you to take following homoeopathic medicine and report afterwards 1. Puls. 200/ once daily morning/2 days 2. Saclac 30/thrice daily/7 days.

All About Sex Toys

A little bit of extra spice has never really known to harm anybody. Thus, to enhance the thrill and the excitement of your life in bed, there are an entire range of products available in the markets. One need not approach these products as a competition but rather a complimenting aid to your performance in bed. Some of the most popular sex toys promise heightened pleasure and endow you with some of the best of those intimate memories. Kinder on your calorie counts without compromising on your moments of ecstasy, sex toys bring an extra dose of delight to your bedroom. Effective for either sex, there are multiple options that you may surf through and cull out the best for your significant other.

For her:

  1. Magic Wand Rechargeable: For an orgasm on the go, this is the perfect choice. This does not tether you to the wall, but instead enables you to navigate around freely. The vibrations you feel are not too stark, but just the right degree and for further stimulation, you may attach the removable head. There is an additional plug in option in case the device runs out of charge.
  2. Womanizer: This imparts arguably the best oral stimulation that you could have asked for. Creating a seal around your clitoris, this device gently sucks and massages you to give you a feeling that might just surpass the real standards. While it has an appearance of an epilator, make no mistake that this is the perfect cunnilingus machine for you.
  3. Iris: Designed to appease the aesthetic sensibilities of a woman, Iris is perhaps the best looking masturbating aid that you can get yourself. The flowery design and the crafty curves feel brilliant inside your vagina. It is nine inch long and thus leaves you with no scope of complaint regarding the length.

For him:

  1. Male Masturbators: Usually for self stimulation, men themselves come 'handy'. But why settle for the simple when with these sleeves, you can get the feel of the real contours and the ridges? These male masturbators sometimes act as girth enhancers while intensifying your hard-on.
  2. Prostate Massager: Made of firm plastic material, these slender prostate massagers are great for anal stimulation. Designed to titillate your G spot, this can bring some of the most exhilarating sensations.

Natural or Cesarean Delivery: Which One Should You Prefer?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS, DGO

Natural or Cesarean Delivery: Which One Should You Prefer?

Child deliveries during pregnancies are of two types. If you are pregnant or have someone in your family who is then you can either go for caesarean section (or C-section) delivery or normal delivery, which is also known as vaginal delivery. In some case C-section delivery is chosen by your doctor as it may be a safer option in case you have some health complications. Diabetes, high blood pressure or herpes can cause complication that may in advance let you know whether the delivery procedure would be C-section or the normal one. Here are the pro and cons of both the procedure.

Natural Delivery: Benefits and Disadvantages

  1. Shorter stay in the hospital and time for recovery can help you in case of normal delivery.
  2. It may be physically painful but at the end of the day as it is a natural delivery method and you will experience less postpartum pain.
  3. There would be lesser chances of respiratory problems in your baby.
  4. Normal delivery may cause fear and anxiety which may lead to huge complications. Even your baby may face the risk of being deprived of oxygen from cord compression.
  5. It is also more painful and unpredictable.
  6. There may be increased chances of pelvic organ prolapses in normal section deliveries.

C-section: Benefits and Disadvantages

  1. You will be well in advance told about the delivery date by your doctor and hence planning is made easy. 2. If you have any infection like herpes chances of your baby being is reduced by c section delivery.
  2. There will be lesser risk of pelvic floor injury and few cases of urinary continence.
  3. There will be no risk of birth related trauma like bruises and swelling.
  4. There are surgical risks of anesthesia which can cause severe adverse side effects like headache, nausea and vomiting.
  5. There are also chances of heart attacks and blood clotting in veins. You may also have chances of postpartum infection in c section delivery.
  6. Numbness around the area of operation and bleeding may require a hysterectomy which is a surgery to remove the uterus.

There are many other pro and cons of the two methods of delivery and you should always consult your doctor and follow proper medications for better delivery of the newborn.

There is urgent need of #dietcorrection, walking, exercise need based continuous education for every single #patient visiting any fraternity doctor.we will have to #cut it on social media time spending so as to come in terms with time shortage.
Let us do minor corrections ex if you are taking #poha, reduce "#sev", take only one #Fried item a day say if one kachori. Say no to other items. Reduce ghee on chappati and in rice. Start drinking tea/coffee/milk without sugar or few crystals only. Reduce alcohol or beverages or juices and strict no to fried snacks.
We must check on #oilconsumption which is 600 ml per month per person.
Do not wait for diabetes or HBP to occur. #Overconfidence that nothing will happen to me will be detrimental.
Check on unwanted additional salt you take in salad or in wafers or #farihalikhichadi, in papad, in pickle, in jeeravan etc
Let us organize such most important lectures in social groups etc.
India is only country though not in rich category but diabetics statistics higher than rich nations.
Start some purposeful walking in between.
#Doctors themselves must be beware that they have to practice too with teaching patients.
In short control on diet quantity increase usage of salad for stomach filling. Start saying goodbye to faulty family and traditional eating habits.
Eating too frequently is biggest denominator. Old time three time eating is wonderful. Avoiding eating in night. #Avoid forcing or manwar tradition.

6 Ways STDs Spread Without Intercourse

MD, BHMS, Post Graduate Diploma In Hospital Administration (PGDHA)
Sexologist, Delhi
6 Ways STDs Spread Without Intercourse

STDs or diseases that spread due to the exchange of bodily fluids and most of them are treatable in nature, but one should get them treated as soon as poosible and should not ignore them as them can turn fatal as well. And, yes STDs can also spread without having sex. Some of the most common way of getting STDs without penetrative intercourse is mentioned below.

The most common way of contracting Sexually transmitted disease without sexual intercourse is:
1. Pucker up: Kissing can also cause STDs. Infections can be transmitted through the saliva if you swap your spit. Diseases like Mononucleosis and STD’s like herpes can be transmitted through kissing. This can cause cold sores and infections in the mouth.

2. Oral sex: If a person has an STD, he or she can easily transmit the disease to their partner by having oral sex. During oral sex, fluids from the genitals can flow to the mouth and vice versa. For example STDs caused by herpes simplex virus 2 can be easily transferred by oral sex. Chlamydia can also be transferred by oral sex. This can cause infections and immense discomfort in your throat. STDs can be prevented by wearing a condom or using a dental dam during oral sex.
3. Contaminated foods: You can also develop STD like Hepatitis A from food which is contaminated. If a person infected with an STD prepares your meal without washing his or her hand after using the restroom, it can easily contaminate your meal thus, transmitting the disease.
4. Touching bases: Skin to skin contact or indirect contact with a person who already has an STD can make you prone to contracting STDs. It can be caused by using an unwashed sex toy with an infected person and also with hand to genital contact.
5. Tanning salons: STDs can be easily spread from person to person by means of a tanning bed. If the surface of the tanning bed is contaminated by someone who has STDs, the risk of developing an STD increases for the next person who ends up using the same bed.
6. Razors and syringes: Sharing a razor or anything which pierces or cuts the skin is an easy and common cause behind contracting an STD. If the razor cuts the skin of an infected person and is contaminated with blood, the next person using that razor can develop STD due to blood contact. The same may be said of a syringe where users share them. Many people, especially drug users shared common syringes which resulted in large scale transmission of HIV. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Getting my periods 10 days or a week before my actual date for the first time is it normal?
Hello- early menses can be due to excessive heat generated in the body as a result of fever, sun exposure or excessive intake of spicy diet. It is absolutely normal if it is happening first time.

Yes uterine malformation may be associated with painful periods and subfertility. You will need a laparoscopy / hysteroscopy and dye test to evaluate your condition a bit further. Depending on the exact nature of the problem corrective surgery can be done at the same time.

Dear Sir/Madam
I got married 9 months ago. Since first month we r doing unprotected sex for caring child BT still now...
U need to have regular sex in order to get pregnant i. E. 3-4 times a week and you need to wait for full one year before you seek medical help in this matter. You can follow calender method to find out when you can get pregnant. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.
