Due to hormonal imbalances you r suffering from pain n tumors in breasts. Which requires long term 3 to 6 months of herbal medicine therapy. Advantage of herbs are side effects free; cure of disease from root and patient becomes healthy also. Only disadvantage is long term approach wd drugs.

Hi lybrate-user. The amount of pain you experience after a laparoscopy is very mild. It's similar to the amount of pain you have after a small cut on your finger. You will be anesthetized during the procedure and it might last about 30-60 min. You resume all your activities the very next day of procedure. Good luck with your procedure.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods.Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hello, if pregnancy test is negative as on nov 10, then she is not pregnant at all. The delay is likely to stress induced hormonal imbalances and needs to be evaluated.

सोयाबीन या सोया बीन्स फलियों के परिवार से संबंधित हैं और उनका जैविक नाम ग्लासीन मैक्स है। खाद्य स्रोत के रूप में, सोया का उपयोग एशियाई संस्कृतियों में हजारों वर्षों से किया गया है। यह चीन और जापान में एडमैम के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इन्हें तेल, दूध, टोफू और सोया प्रोटीन में संसाधित किया जाता है।

8. कैंसर की रोकथाम के लिए: सोयाबीन में उपस्थित एंटीऑक्सीडेंट का स्तर, विभिन्न कैंसर की शुरुआत को रोकने के लिए इसे बहुत प्रभावी बनाता है। यह विशेष रूप से प्रोस्टेट कैंसर, फेफड़े, स्तन और पेट के कैंसर के लिए सिफारिश किया जाता है।

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do perineal and pelvic exercises daily Take salads and fruits more Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice Take beet root plus carrots juice daily Take Ashokarishta 20 ml twice a day for 6 mths Continue your current treatment also.

At the age of 62, dryness of vagina can also cause itching. So she should go for creams that moisturise vagina. Take her to a Gynaecologist who will decide what exactly she needs. Fungal infections are common in diabetics. So the Gynaecologist will decide from that angle also.

Brain Exercises - Know More About It!

The brain is not a stagnant realm fed with a granted quota of intelligence and memory at birth. It is always in a state of flux. Exercising your brain in various ways accelerates its ability to perform better. It is in your hands to have a sharper take on situations and occurrences. Playing games that require brainstorming, solving quizzes, crosswords or playing chess makes you feel rejuvenated and tired at the same time; the reason being activated brain cells. A healthy brain will affect your life decisions positively and you probably will think rightly before you leap.

Tips to exercise those brain cells:

1. Meditate and calm your mind: Ten minutes of meditation each day can help you get over anxiety. When your mind is at peace you think out pros and cons with enhanced insight. This composure reflects in each of your actions. Meditation demands your brain to be quiet when it is accustomed to work; you therefore have greater control over it.
     
2. Music can improve your brain abilities: Music is the best antidote for a sloppy brain. Music excites the neurons healing a bruised memory. It gifts you with clarity of thought. Apart from listening to music one must try to play a musical instrument. Teaching yourself things puts your mind through a strict regimen of constructive activities.
   
3. Take out time to learn a new language: We are paralyzed the minute our brain gives up. Due to several external and internal reasons each one of us is likely to suffer from cognitive disorders on being subjected to extreme pressure or shock. Trying to learn a new language motivate your brain cells to have a wider vocabulary, which further restricts your chances of brain damage.   

4. Mental mathematics could better your intelligence: Calculators, computers and phones are ridding us of our ability to compute individual data. Computation and consolidation of data helps your mind to work faster with precision. So, you now know those lessons on mental mathematics in childhood were actually the key to a well-rounded brain. 

5. Think of something novel: The more the number of neurons the merrier is your brain. Take pains to direct your mind on a novel track. Thinking beyond what is given and expected helps your brain grow new neurons. It builds up your creativity letting you discover more of your capabilities. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.

Since she had taken one I Pill within 72 hours of sex no further pill is required. However do a pregnancy test 10 days after the missed period if any and consult doctor for advice.

My daughter is 2 yrs old so now I want to stop feeding but she doesn't agree and she screams like anything so can I get some solution?

It can be very difficult to stop breast feeding suddenly. You have to be firm and very persuasive. Tell her that she is now a big girl and offer her her a variety of interesting food, snack items specially when she is hungry and keep her diverted from the breast. Basically see that she does not remain hungry. Also, you can have some children come and play at home with her to distract her at feed times, or you can take her out to play. Children also crave for breast for remaining close to mother, feeling secure and safe. Offer her more hugs and cuddles and say how she can drink with a new sipper, how she can use a straw. Make the change over an interesting fun activity. But be firm, and determined and be ready to face a few tears.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages
