Grade 1 does not interfere in passage of semen and also not in that category that will hinder in semen production by raising the temperature of testes. So there should be another reason for oligospermia. Let a fertility expert take a look on him to deciede the next step.

I am 18 years old male and have a problem that I forgot about everything and after a long time only sometimes it comes to my mind. This is happening with me from last two-three years. Two to three years ago the hormonal influences may have impacted a lot of things apart from distracting your attention. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Hello- Sticky material going with your urine is the prostratic secretion (Fluid from prostrate gland) which generally comes during seminal ejaculation. Due to improper tone of genital muscles and due to bloating of lower abdomen person suffers from these symptoms. It may cause sexual/general weakness if not treated properly. Ayurvedic medicines can cure your problem very effectively.

kindly take mahamanjisthadi kshayam, 3 tsf, three times a day, before meals, in half a glass of warm water. Take kaishor guggal, 2 tabs, twice a day with khadirarishta, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, after meals. Avoid curd, tea, coffee, spicy food, fast food, fried food, maah daal, rajma, white chane, paneer in your diet. Take liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, veggie soup in your diet. Apply skinelle nutra cream of charak pharma, after washing with neem face wash, twice a day. Take triphala powder, 1 tsf inhlaf a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck.

Hello, Premature ejaculation is when ejaculation occurs before the partner achieves orgasm, or a mutually satisfactory length of time has passed during intercourse. There is no correct length of time for intercourse to last, but generally, premature ejaculation is thought to occur when ejaculation occurs in under 2 minutes from the time of the insertion of the penis and when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Men with premature ejaculation often report emotional and relationship distress. Medication: You don’t need to take male enhancement pills with never-before heard ingredients. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Healthy diet: while trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

I hope you are under care of a qualified gynecologist for your pregnancy. and are also taking the medicines for "thyroid problem:" You are 5 months pregnant . By now your gynecologist must have started Iron and Calcium tablets and these can usually help feel better. If you are feeling unwell, it could be due to "less food intake" as compared to what you should have. During pregnancy there is a lot of residual acidity and this gets increased by food fads. From the time you get up till you sleep, do the follwoing: 1. eat small meals, like small wati ( bowl ) full meals every 2 hours. 2. Eating more sweet things can help replenish sugar which is the chief source of energy. 3. Avoid acidity by eating frequently and having a meals nutritious meals including of curds or butter milk 4. If you still have vomitting sensation, you can have antacid syrups or tablets for reducing hyperacidity which can be availed off from chemists on showing a prescription. 5. Your last meal should be at least 2 hours before your sleeping time, this prevents regurgitation of food on lying down so visit your gynecologist and discuss the problem with them
