I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

I have a health problem with my heavy weight so please tell how can I loss my weight.
1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Hiee to all, My name is pavel, m male n my age is 28, I find my self getting over weight. What should be my diet from morning till asleep so that I cn reduce my weight. My waist is 34 but my thigh is too big n my buttocks is also too fat n my stomach is also coming forward because of which I restricted my self to trousers. I need serious help for diet. Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Sir I am 19 years old. I am quite a fair in colour from my birth till now. But from last 8-9 months I had my classes tym changed and had to travel in sun rays without any protection nd for that I hav lost my complexion. I feel my self little dark now when ever I see mirror. Hello lybrate-user first and foremost thing to do is photoprotection, avoid as much as possible going out in sun. Always use wide brimmed hat, cap, umbrella wear full sleeved cotton dresses and cover your face if possible kindly use 1. Photostable gel over the face, neck and hands @8am morning & @12noon 2.
