Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. How to remain healthy both mentally and physically?
For physical health as follows: 1. Stay active. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week. Work out all parts of your body, not just cardio. 2. Eat healthy food. Cut down on red meats and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Consider following a vegetarian diet. Avoid saturated fat, salt, and sugars. It's ok to reward yourself every now and then with that slice of cake, but don't eat the whole cake. 3. Eat smaller portions. Portion sizes served in restaurants are much larger than what our bodies actually need and what is healthy. Get out of the habit of feeling that you always have to finish your plate. 4. Sleep. Sleep can add up to 11 years of your life. The amount of sleep you need varies between people, but most people need to get at least get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night in order to function at their highest capacity. There are no rules to this, so if you need 10 hours of rest to feel good the next day, then that's what you need to do. The consequences of not getting enough sleep include feeling poorly, working inefficiently, weakening your immune system, and even depression. If you have trouble sleeping, here are some tips on how to sleep better. 5. Boost your immune system. Make sure you get all the essential vitamins. For vegetarians, b & d vitamins can be hard to get (there is no source of vitamin b12 in a vegan diet), as well as zinc and iron. Consider taking a daily multivitamin. Vitamin c & zinc are also important for your immune system, and eating a balanced diet will ensure that you take in a sufficient amount. 6. Practice good hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, and don't skip flossing! wash your hands regularly, and shower no more than once daily. 7. Drink water. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is the minimum. Don't wait until you feel thirsty, because at that point your body may already be dehydrated. Get in the habit of carrying a bottle of water with you at all times. For mental health: 1. Control your reactions. In place of an outburst, try doing a simple breathing exercise. 2. Be alert and focused. Integrate the concept of keeping your eye on the ball into your daily life by training your mind to concentrate on what you are doing at that moment. Don't let your mind take you away from the present. When you let your mind wander into worrying about past or future events, you add to your stress and anxiety and take away from efficiency. 3. Don't dwell on your mistakes. Try to take note of what you think went wrong so that you don't make the same mistake again later. 4. Recognize your achievements and don't discount them. When you accomplish something, be proud. Instead of having thoughts like" I should have done better" think" I did great, i'm awesome" 5. Make time to relax. Take a few minutes a day to do some yoga or meditation. 6. Share your feelings with others. Don't keep your emotions locked up inside or you run the risk of doing further emotional damage to yourself. 7. Be mindful of your relationships with others. Be loving and respectful of others. Don't bring people down. Do your best to resolve conflicts that you have with others in your life.

Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego men daily for six months. Avoid junk food and fried food.

Hi foods that are dense in nutrients and calories help in weight gain. Whole grains, nuts, butter of nuts, potatoes, bananas, beans rich in proteins. Make sure your meals are high on complex carbohydrates and proteins. Milkshakes with fresh fruits will help weight gain. Consider taking protein shakes. Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Around 15% of pregnancies gets miscarried, that is nature's rule. You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. Also if abortion/ miscarriage was caused by any viral infection, then it will get cured automatically within 3 months time. Use contraception for 6 months. Cause of discoloration ? Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I was using persol forte cream after chemical peeling but my skin is coming out and it has darkened near my forehead and cheeks. I even applied sunscreen before going out but still it has happened. Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.
