Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

Erectile Dysfunction & Therapies to Treat It

Erectile dysfunction (ED) creates huge trouble for a man. It is the condition that signifies the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. Also popularly known as impotency, this is one of the most common problems men face.

The cause of erectile dysfunction can be physical, medical, or psychological in nature. Sexual prowess and libido in men are affected by various systems of the body and the mind.

Here's how therapy can help men facing the problem of erectile dysfunction:

  1. Counselling sessions: As with an electrical circuit, if there are any breaks in the system it will not function as a unit. Part of the process of psychosexual therapy would be to think about the actual emotional and/or psychological issues behind ED, and to attend to these with weekly counselling sessions. This realization is an important first step for you to begin and resolve your erection problem. The patient normally implements the therapy advice at home, either alone or with a partner, between therapy sessions. This may help you maintain an erection for once, gradually building confidence.
  2. Non-medical therapies: Watermelon juice (nature's viagra) and ginseng (herbal viagra): l-citrulline, an amino acid, present in watermelon can bring about significant improvement in blood flow to the penis, showing an improvement in erectile function. Another herb called ginseng, specifically 'red ginseng,' is known as the 'herbal viagra' that can improve sexual performance. Several research studies provide evidence for the effectiveness of these herbs in ED treatment.
  3. Acupuncture therapy: The acupuncture needles are placed in the wall of the abdomen. By stimulating specific acupoints, the practitioner aims to restore the proper flow of energy in the body resolving ED.

I am having problem with my pelvic floor muscles from last 3 years. It gets affected from jaundice. I went to Neurosurgeon he prescribed some medicines and asked me to do pelvic exercise I am taking medicines and doing exercise but its showed very slow impact. I am also facing erection problem my pennis do not get hard easily and if some how I make it hard it do not stay for long. I am not able to hold my urine. Please tell me what should I do. hello suraj, massage with hot sesame oil to your pelvic region at least for 15 min . if possible give hot fomentation. for erectile dysfunction start cow ghee 2 spoon with milk 2 times. Eat 2-3 almonds soak in water for night. drink sugarcane juice . for quick & better results you need medicines .

Sir, I am Diabetic since 2005. Presently, I am using Glycomet 500 SR one tablet after break fast and one tablet after dinner. Generally my fasting sugar level is about 120 to 130 and after post lunch about 160 to 170. And HBA1c is between 7 to 7.5.Today my fasting sugar level is showing 175 and average HBA1C is showing 10.4 and average level is 252. I took extra sweet items last three months due to functions/get together. Suggest remedy / any change in medicine. Pl advise.

Hello sir. This mistake is done by all diabetic patients. Taking sweets without no control. Ok.just leave that n better do not repeat this. To tackle this. Be on a strict diet cut down all carbs, sweets, sugars in your meal pattern. Go for a regular walking for about 45 mins daily without any compromise. Take more veg salads. This should be continued for 3 months no excuses in the following. Then go for a blood test mainly fasting, pp, and HBA1C. If then also it still the high v can think of changing the dosage of tablet but till tat follow a strict diet. It vl take tym to reach the lower levrl tat you had before. Do not lose hope. Follow a strict diet. If you want a personalised diet plan based on your likes n dislikes in food kindly book an appointment woth me. Thank you.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

no one is not permanent friend in this world. except our family members. you are selecting one person when he does not care to you. then you feel anxious. it is not good for your health. it is better to make all of them as a friendly manner. then there is no chance of anxiousness.friendliness improves personal stamina. dont think about one person. feel and make a very good friendly relation with others.dont sit in home. and dont think aloneness. develop busy career schedule. express your internal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. friends are coming and going in our life. no one is not permanent. you have so much of age. some one comes to you he can understand your feelings properly. up to that wait. dont feel sadness. dont get irritated. dont be anxious. feel always comfortable. spend remaining with close friends and family members. do hard work on your studies. make a good preparation for studies. at this stage studies are important not one friend. so be hard work. be positive and be sociable. ok all the best.

Without following of periods paricharya there is no alternate natural way avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during periods take complete rest during periods diet should be local konkani food for mumbai weather which is best suitable for all avoid south indian north indian food in mumbai region for more details consult privetly.
