The best solution is panchkarma. Search about panchkarma & do at your nearer place. Another sollution is take only hot water, dont take unboiled water.

Hi 1. It is good you realised that fast food / junk food creates problems. 2. Avoid company of friends / relatives who force you to have fast food. 3. Keep lots of apples - bananas - guavas etc with you. Whenever you feel hungry have it. 4. Instead of Colas, you can take lassi or lime soda 5. Do exercise regularly. 6. I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion.

2 days before I have started tooth pain backside. Yesterday while after doing brush there were no pain. But today after lunch again I have started tooth pain n even now its paining lot. After brushing at night also. Kindly advise what should I do now. N know some medicine so that I have relif from pain.

It's due to gum infection I think, boil few leaves of guava and rinse your mouth with that water, chew few leaves of guava, apply baking soda, with this you need to visit a dentist.

Diabetes kisi bhi umra me ho sakata hai. Aap ko usaka ilaj karvana padega, yane blood sugar ke hisab se tablets ya insulin injection lene padenge. Dane ki koi baat nahi hai. Barabar dava lenese aap ki jindagi acchi tarah se ji loge. Shadi aur bacche sab hoga. Do not worry.

If your SGOT & SGPT are more than 2 times of normal, it suggests liver disease. You should avoid taking alcohol and start loosing some weight.

A) Have a proper sleep schedule-Get up and go to bed at same time everyda y (body’s natural clock –cicardian rhythm will be accordingly activated) B) Good sleeping environment (Quiet, cool, dark, comfortable bed room without noise, light), C) Avoid caffeine/alcohol/nicotine 4-6 hours before bed time, D) Avoid day time sleep, daily exercise, light reading for 15 minutes daily before going to bed E. Avoid anxiety/stress/depression/fear/boredom/lack of motivation F) check your hemoglobin, BP, do a thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism G) consult physician for advice and treatment.

Hey. Thank you for your query. Weight gain is all about a balance of right nutrition and exercise. Here are some tips for you to get started: Eat a lot – This sounds much easier than it really is. Whatever you’re eating now, you should probably double it. If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal. This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry. Not just any calories though. Eat a lot of good things – You could easily get lots of calories eating burgers and pastries, and drinking aerated drinks but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Carbs will help you put on weight along with protein, roti, rice, wheat bread, bajra or jowar, etc. Will help you put on weight. Every meal should have vegetables and fruit. If you just eat protein, your body will resort to using it for energy rather than building muscle. Just taking protein shakes thrice a day will give NOTHING. Unless you’re eating a balanced diet, you won’t be gaining weight. Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. Cardio alone is not going to help– Running long distances isn’t going to help you. If you’re going to run, do sprints or run up a hill. Keep your distance cardio to a minimum if you want to put on some pounds. Make it part of your routine. It is not okay for you to skip meals if you’re serious about weight gain. You need to be eating well.
