ways to fight bad breath: If you wear dentures, remove them at night and clean to get rid of bacterial buildup from food and drink. Drink plenty of water and swish cool water around in your mouth. ... Brush after every meal and floss, preferably twice a day. Replace your toothbrush every two to three months.

Some times if you do a over brushing or hard brushing then it causes abrassion to enamel. And due to enamel abrassion second layer of tooth ie dentine exposes. And once dentine is exposed patient feels sensitivity and even pain as well. These kind of cases needs a proper clinical as well as radiographic examination. And then v decide the treatment accordingly. For this process you have to visit a dentist first. And in d mean time you can use some desensitising pastes. They might give you a temporary relief. Thanx.

No there is no problem in delaying the treatment. Till then you can have painkillers and muscle relaxants if you are having any difficulties in opening your mouth. Before going for any treatment get a full mouth x-ray OPG done.

  • Cells are what start the healing process in our bodies, and as tooth enamel consists of 90 percent minerals, there aren’t many proteins and cells there. it is said that base of the roots of our teeth we have cells that can provide a certain amount of repair, but not up in the crowns.
  • This leaves a large section of teeth's surface area highly sensitive to the environment to what we breathe and what we eat and drink.

All individuals requires scaling (cleaning) to be done atleast once in 6 months to maintain our oral hygiene clean. Our toothbrush is not much finely designed to clean all the plaque and calculi in the interdental areas of the teeth, which is the area where most of the calculus accumulate much and has to be removed regularly using scalers by the dentist. So pls do visit a dentist for scaling.

Kind of toothbrush to be used by adults:       We recommend a brush with soft bristles which helps in removing the plaque and debris thoroughly from the mouth.

Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations • institute topical antifungal therapy if fungal plaques noticed Mouth sores are common and rarely Cause complications. Most go away in about a week, but it’s important to monitor any mouth sores you develop. If you are concerned, or if the sore doesn’t seem to be healing, contact your dentist.
