I am suffering from hair fall. My age is 47 years. I am leaving in sangrur district of punjab where the ground is supplied for use. Earlier I stay in chandigarh where water is supplied from canal then I have no hair fall. Most of my hairs are removed form front head pl tell me the medicine.

From your case it's just because of change in source of water, you might be already notorious for falling hair and change in water resources started your hair fall.

1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9. Tips Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. --Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. --Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. --Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. --Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. --Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. •When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. --You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Hello Sir/Mam, I am 29 years old and married since 3 years. My husband is a drug addict and we have not had full sex till now. He is not financially stable as well. I do not force him at all for anything and I try my level best to provide him my full support. His mood swings frequently and at times he abuses for what I have not done. I try to be happy and all the time I am smiling at home but this feeling has started eating me now. I feel restless, I feel incomplete. In 3 years I have got nothing I mean no financial, emotional, Physical or moral support. Now I am worried about my health as I know from Outside I am strong but form inside I am broken. Yes, you are right that from inside you could be ruining yourself. You have to take some action and move heaven and earth to get him out of his habit or face divorce. This may sound harsh but this is called tough love. You will be encouraging the addiction and his gradual wasting away of his life. You have to be firm with him. If you continue in this relationship without acting on it, you will be responsible for the negative outcome that is guaranteed. In fact, you are considered a co-dependent and will have some issues related to his addiction as an enabler. He needs to be admitted to an institution for at least six months and resolve his addiction. You can get his parents involved if he does not listen to you. As you admit there is nothing in this marriage for you, and if you continue to accept this lifestyle you could become depressed and may suffer a breakdown. Act fast and effectively.

It can be made lesser only and only by speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, i'd suggest you to visit a psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem. I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. People may make fun of this but believe me, slowly you'll get better at it. Hope your query is answered. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts. Wishing you good health.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Anger and aggression are emotions. These emotions always arise because of irritation, disappointment or events which were negative and not expected. But you should understand, these are common. You cannot change situations or circumstances. But we can always alter our perception and behavior about what is happening. This the core of anger management. I suggest online anger management training. Take care.

For a diabetic person, it is very important to take medication on time. You also need to have food suggested by your doctor. Regular exercise helps in maintaining healthy sugar levels. If you are going for a walk for 15 mts every day, but if you are skipping your medicines, it wil not be helpful. You need to do both - take prescribed medicines and do suggested exercise every day. You will be harming yourself by not taking the medicines. And in future, you will have to take more medicines and the increased sugar levels will harm your body. So please follow your doctor's advice. Please understand that you will be able to work only if you are fit to work. So do not skip medicines because of work pressure or stress.
