First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

How I can protect myself from dust allergy? I feel unwell frequently being arrested by dust allergy. Pls kindly help me as soon as possible.

Hi You might have problems  with allergic rhinitis with dust allergy. The best think to do is wear a disposable mask covering your nose and mouth when you are working. Take steam inhalation  two times a day. Once in the evening  after going home. Another time  in the morning. Do not smoke. Investigation: Digital Chest Xray (PA View) Xray PNS CBC, AEC, ESR Hope this helps. If you have done my of these  tests you can share reports on Lybrate. If persistent problem you might need steroid nasal spray and anti allergic medicines. Hope this helps

Put some epsom salt in the warm water bucket and dip your feet. After 10 minutes gently scrub your feet, wash and pat them dry. Massage with olive oil and wear socks to lock moisture.

How to keep a body in a maintain condition because I am getting fat please help me.
Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, where as when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) I'm a Psoriasis patient. Almost 5 months ago I consult a doctor in Noida and he suggested me to take Psorid 100 mg for 3 months. It worked well and I get temporary rid of my marks for around 3-4 months. Now I'm again getting the marks. Please suggest is there any permanent cure of this disease? Also is there any substitute of psorid 100 mg? Psorid costs me around 200 rs (2 tablets) per day which I found a bit costly. Thanks in advance.

This is practically tested home remedy which many may not have tried. YOu do this properly and inform me. Apply coconut oil all over the body and stand in sunlight for 1 or 2 hours /as long as you can. Do not use soap or shampoo to wash and only dry with a cotton cloth any excess oil. Drink 3-5 liters of water. Always ahve a thin layer of coconut oil on your body and in a few months you will see remarkable effect and inform me directly by a consult. Sunlight should fall on you directly and not hindered by shadows of trees or building and use only minimal clothing over the private area.
