If it is 9 th month and you are sure they are less better to confirm that everything is fine either by foetal monitor (non-stress test) or ultrasonography with biophysical score.

What is the opinion about using copper t ?

Copper t is a very effective method of contraception. Its success rate in preventing pregnancy is high. It is inserted high in the uterus by a physician, and is effective for about 10 years. It does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases the contraceptive effect offered by the copper t is reversed when the device is removed. Conception rates following removal for planned pregnancy are normal, with rates of successful planned pregnancy unaffected by duration of iud use. The copper t is recommended for women who: * have had at least one child; * are in mutually monogamous relationships; (do not protect against sexually transmitted diseases) * have no history of pelvic inflammatory disease; * choose not to use hormonal contraceptives. Hello, the pain during initial 2 days of start of menses is due to uterine contractions to shed the old endometrium out, however if the pain lasts for all 4-5 days and also there is pain during intercourse, then a possibility of endometriosis needs to be evaluated with an ultrasound pelvis. For pain relief during menses you may take nsaids safely. Regards.

Please have intercourse from day 16 to day 25 of your cycle. Count the first day of your period as day one and then calculate. Ovulation roughly occurs 14 days before the next period is due. Accordingly, these should your fertile days. You can also use ovulation kits that are available in the market.

Hi i'm 20 years old female i'm trying to conceive. My periods was on 3rd june and again I got my periods on 17th june but this mid cycle bleeding was different like 1st day some spotting and second day heavy bleeding and 3rd day little brown discharge and my periods stopped [so basically heavy bleeding was on 2nd day and the color was red ]. And the bleeding was not painful like regular periods . So this can be implantation bleeding ?

Hi lybrate user, from your description it looks like that you had bleeding and spotting due to ovulation. If you are trying for baby you should plan during that time.

Hello, there is all possibility that as its evident that you have hypothyroidism, this is the reason for a possible delayed or anovulatory cycles which are likely delayed and hence treatment of hypothyroidism is a must for treating infertility.

How certain are you that you will stay committed to a weight loss program for the time it will take to reach your goal?
score 1 for cannot, 2 can somewhat, 3 uncertain, 4 can tolerate well, 5 can easily

Consider all outside stress in your life (work, family obligations, etc.) to what extent can you tolerate the effort required to stick to a diet?
score 1 for very unrealistic, 2 somewhat unrealistic, 3 moderately unrealistic, 4 somewhat realistic, 5 very realistic

Think honestly about how much weight you hope to lose and how quickly you hope to lose it. Figuring a weight loss of. 5kg to 1 kg per week, how realistic is your expectation?
