Use a proper sunscreen with at least 30 spf. Include lot of vitamin C in your diet. Take orange and lime juice orally.

A healthy diet plays a major role to reduce your weight with combination of your excercise. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. You can lose your weight 3-5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

We all dream at night. A normal person may have 5 - 6 dreams every night. But we don't remember these dreams, because we are fast asleep. We remember those dreams which occur when we are half asleep. Since, you remember so many dreams, that itself shows that you are not in the state of deep sleep for a long time. Our body is rejuvenated completely when we get enough of this deep sleep. But you are not able to have enough deep sleep and hence your body does not get enough rest. So you find it difficult to wake up early. Please understand that getting many dreams is not your problem, but not getting enough deep sleep is the concern. There might be many reasons for not getting enough deep sleep. Like you said your are stressed because of ca final exams and stress at office, this might be putting a lot pressure on your mind. If there are any other personal worries or health concerns, financial troubles etc then that also will affect your sleep. If possible go for jog/walk/yoga etc which will help you in reducing your stress. Try to go to bed at a fixed time. Have a cup of hot milk if possible, before sleeping. Before lying down, sit on the bed with legs folded, eyes closed and lights switched off and then take long, deep breaths. Just observe your breaths. Start counting from 1 to 100. Also recite some mantra/shlokas if you believe in them. Basically try to calm your mind before sleeping. In spite of all this, if you cannot sleep early, still get up at a fixed time, it will help you to fall asleep early the next day. All the best.

•Hairfall occurs mostly when our dietary changes (eating junkfood in excess, eating too much spicy and oily /fried food), Due to stress Due to Dandruff Using hair gels and harsh shampoos which dry the scalp fast Avoiding regular oiling of hair Hormonal imbalance Take following homoeopathic medicines * Tab Scalptone (SBL) 4 tabs to be chewed twice a day 1/2 an hour after meals *R-89 Drops (Dr Reckeweg, Germany) 10 drops in 1/4 th cup of water, drink twice a day, 1/2 an hour before meals *Arnica 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day *Arnica Hair'N' Scalp Shampoo (Wheezal) Dilute required amount of shampoo in water and massage gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly. Protein - Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as Americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the Korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.

Is the baby bottle fed in which case there is chance for colic. You must feed from cup and spoon. Try giving cyclopam syrup 2.5 ml and see.

Posture correction must and do hot fermentation and rest avoid strain full activity like long sitting toward bending lifting heavyweight. Do stretching exercise of spine if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days and immediate relief.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! Apart from these: -Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).)
