U r clearly suffering from PCOD. With pcod, weight increases and menses comes irregular with hair growth. Mainstay of treatment of pcod is weight reduction. Try to bring ur weight to 70 kg. And maintain it. Along with that u can take metformin, which will help u in reducing weight. For preventing new facial hair growth u should be on 3-6 months course of Krimson.

Hi. 6 months ago my wife went for a test on 2nd day of her periods and lh-fsh was 4.8 and 6. Now on 2nd day again it was reported 11 and 6 Doctor has mentioned pcos and prescribed normoz+yasmin+folic acid First I am surprised about that much increase of lh in 6 months. And secondly I am wondering why yasmin when I read its a contraceptive pill. She is trying to conceive from 8 months.

Please don't think of any pill for this simple reason. Make changes in plan. Don't play with your body.

I am planning to conceive a child and I want to ask one question that can we have a sex daily for that purpose. It's not any harm to have a sex daily if I want a child. Please help me how frequently I can have a sex if I want to conceive.

Hello, There is no harm in having sex on daily basis. The frequency of having sex does not increase your conception chances. I would rather suggest having regular sex during your ovulation phase as this is the prime time for conceiving.

I have unwanted odor on my vagina. What should I do? I do not have any sex partner.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- It’s normal for your vagina to have a slight odor. But if you feel your vagina has a strong odor, such as a fishy smell or an unpleasant smell, it could be a symptom of another health issue or problem. There are several common infections found in your vagina that could cause an unpleasant odor or smell, and you can try home remedies as well as herbal products to get rid of the odor fast. 1)Do not douche.-Douching, which is when you force water or a cleaning agent in your vagina, can actually remove the healthy bacteria in your vagina and can push an infection (if one is present) into your uterus, making your condition worse 2)Rinse your vagina during your shower or bath. Be sure to keep your vaginal area clean by using water and mild, unscented soap, like Cetaphil, to rinse your vagina, including your labia. 3)Wear loose clothing and cotton underwear. This will increase airflow to your groin, especially when you are working out or sweating and prevent moisture buildup, which can then reduce any odors due to sweating or bacteria. 4)Wipe front to back after going to the bathroom. Prevent spreading bacteria from your bottom to your vagina by wiping from the front to the back after a bowel movement. This will ensure your vagina is free of bacteria that could cause odors and a possible infection

I am a married woman. I had my last periods on 4th april. It lasted for about 6 days. My husband came for leave on 11th april. We had planned for a baby. I had the hope of getting pregnant. But since last two days I had cough and from today morning I noticed a brown spotting. I do not have any pain. What can be the cause of this spotting? What am I supposed to do?

Detailed medical history, clinical examination and old reports plus new if required can decide what to advise so meet Gynecologist. Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before you need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist. This also means that you should be together for 12-24 months.
