There are two way approach. U have to make your 'veerya' strong by 'vrushya' use 'stambhak' herbs and delay ejaculation and use pure Tila to make penis strong and thick. Second approach is if your partner is too sexy and passionate and doesn't resolute before you, apply herbal powder/ lotion in vagina before sex. She ll resolute before you. Choice is yours.

I am suffering from Diabetic since Sept. 2015 and taking one tablet of glimisave 2M. So I do the morning walk of 5 km daily, if due to any reason I am not going for walk then there is pain on my legs. Please guide how the pain can be cured.

If you are not able to go for a walk daily, then stay active in some form or other like climbing stairs at your home. Secondly, for leg pain dip your legs in warm water daily before going to bed, it improves blood circulation.

TESTICULAR PAIN could be due to epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. a hydrocele, which is characterized by swelling of the scrotum. an inguinal hernia. First get your blood sugar tested in fasting sample and 2 hrs after meal and get the diabetes possibility out of the way.... That is easy and cheap. Don't waste time worrying about it.

I am 43 years old feeling heavyness in chest for 5 days and suffered from diarrhea along with high bp150/100, vomit once, now diarrhea cured bp 130/84 but feeling vomiting tendendenct and slight heavynes in chest. It seems like something going to happen wrong, what I will do?

Penis cant be changed but can learn to use what you have in best way from sexologist. Yes but medicines may or may not be needed. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.

Yes. Your BP is on higher side. Keep checking regularly. If it is persistently higher than 140/90. You may have to start treatment: life style modification diet controll antihypertensives if required, in that order.

Hi , guess you forget to mention about that tooth in details like whether it' s upper or lower, anterior or posterior along with your age there, but no worries as i' d like to suggest depending upon your feasibility you can go for either a fixed ceramic bridge or an implant for the same.

Before going for laser your power should be stable for one year or your power should be the same in two consecutive visits when checked 6months apart.So that power will not change after laser.You can avoid glasses upto your 40th year .After 40th year because of age and cataract changes you may have to use glasses.After laser you will have normal vision with both eyes opened(binocular)as healing process may be different for both the eyes.After laser there may be dryness changes for which you will be prescribed with lubricant eye drops for a certain depending on the severity of your symptoms.Very rarely some people may have halos and night glare.And in some people infections ,thinning and bulging of cornea very rarely.Your retina should be checked for any breaks and holes and treated appropriately before going laser.

Hello, Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. Hi you can dcontrol by diet. You have to go to a dietician or simply cut down your protein intake which will reduce your joint pain eventually. First try doing by diet. Check your uric acid again after a month. If it's not reducing then we can start on some medications with diet. Hope this was useful to you get well soon.

Dear lybrate user, you should take the following medications as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic sulphur 200 once in a week. 2) 5 drops of homoeopathic aesculus hip 30 at early morning daily before brushing teeth 3) 5 drops of homoeopathic podophyllum 30 before going to bath daily. 4) 5 drops of homoeopathic hamamelis 30, just one hour before dinner daily. If you experience bleeding during stool then you need to carry on the following home-therapy:- i) pour about 50ml of liquid betadine in a tub of lukewarm water & stir it until it is mixed. Ii) sit inside that tub of lukewarm water in a squatting position so that the betadine mixed water can come in contact with the point of bleeding. Iii) maintain this position for at least 30 minutes daily. Follow the aforesaid rules & continue the aforesaid medication for one month.

There are many causes of headache. i.e. fever, acidity, gastritis, stress, injury , eye sight weakness, apply any good pain balm on head. Try to take good sleep at night. Use pain balm on head thrice a day. It can give relief instant . or also can take tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day after meal, tab. Pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days . if not ok then checkup b.p. , cbc, blood sugar, eye sights, and consult again. Thanks.

I am not getting proper sleep during night time pls suggest me some solution so I can sleep better.
1. Cherries Cherries contain a good amount of melatonin, the chemical that helps control the body’s internal clock. According to a study published in the Journal of Experimental Botany, eating a handful of cherries, especially tart cherries, a few hours before going to bed will help you sleep better. If fresh cherries are not available, you can opt for cherry juice or even dried or frozen cherries. According to researchers from the universities of Pennsylvania and Rochester, people with chronic insomnia must drink a cup of cherry juice twice daily until their condition improves. 2. Milk Drinking a glass of warm milk before bedtime will also help you fall asleep. Milk contains the amino acid tryptophan, a precursor to the brain chemical serotonin. Tryptophan and serotonin help you drift off easily at night. Plus, milk is a good source of calcium, which helps regulate melatonin production. Calcium is also effective in stress reduction and stabilizing nerve fibers, including those in the brain. Along with milk, you can eat other dairy products like yogurt and cheese. 3. Jasmine rice According to research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who ate jasmine rice for dinner fell asleep faster compared to other types of rice. This is mainly because jasmine rice has a high glycemic index, meaning the body digests it at a slow speed, releasing glucose gradually into the bloodstream. It also boosts the production of tryptophan and serotonin in the blood, thus encouraging sleep. So, eat jasmine rice to significantly cut the time it takes you to fall asleep. 4. Bananas Bananas have natural muscle relaxants, magnesium and potassium, that help promote sleep. The fruit is also a good source of vitamin B6, which the body needs to make the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin. The high carbohydrate content in bananas will help make you sleepy as well. Mix one ripe banana with one cup of milk. Blend it thoroughly to make a tasty bedtime smoothie. Drink it at least one hour before your regular bedtime. 5. Tuna Tuna contains sleep-inducing tryptophan. According to an article published in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, tuna is also high in vitamin B6, which your body needs to make melatonin and serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation; melatonin is a hormone that promotes sleep. A low level of vitamin B6 is associated with insomnia, so it’s good to include B6-rich foods like tuna in your diet. Vitamin B6 is also important for the immune system. 6. Almonds Almonds are a good source of magnesium, which promotes both sleep and muscle relaxation. A study published in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine found that when the body’s magnesium levels are too low, it is harder to stay asleep. Plus, almonds supply enough protein to help stabilize your blood sugar level while sleeping. They also help your body switch from your alert adrenaline cycle to your rest-and-digest cycle. Eat just a handful of dry roasted almonds or a tablespoon of almond butter at least one hour before going to bed to fall asleep faster. 7. Fortified Cereal cereal To promote sleep, eat foods like fortified cereal that contain ‘good’ or complex carbohydrates. Foods rich in complex carbohydrates boost tryptophan in the bloodstream. Also, fortified cereals are a great source of vitamin B6 that is essential in producing melatonin. For a good night’s sleep, eat a small bowl of fortified cereal that is low in sugar. 8. Hard-Boiled Eggs hard boiled eggs If you have trouble staying asleep at night, it may be due to a lack of protein-based foods before bedtime. Eating hard-boiled eggs before bed will help you stay asleep through the night as they contain a high level of protein. This snack also fights acid reflux, which often flares at night, making sleep difficult. Two slices of brown bread, some cheese, a hard-boiled egg, and a glass of warm milk is the perfect dinner menu for those who are having trouble sleeping soundly at night. 9. Lettuce green lettuce in a bowl Lettuce contains lactucarium, which has sedative properties and works the same way as the opium poppy. Green leafy lettuce also is high in calcium that helps bring on sleep as well as potassium that is a fundamental nutrient for the nervous system. Plus, lettuce helps treat anxiety, headaches, and muscle or joint pain that can cause restlessness throughout the night. To sleep well, you can drink a cup of lettuce tea before going to bed. Boil one or two lettuce leaves for five minutes in two cups of water. Let it cool, strain it and sweeten the mixture. Drink a cup of this tea at least half an hour before going to bed. 10. Herbal Tea herbal tea To sleep better, avoid caffeine and alcoholic beverages in the evening. But you can surely enjoy a cup of herbal tea to aid sound sleep. Decaffeinated green tea and chamomile tea are the best options for this. Chamomile tea has chemicals that relax nerves and muscles and act like a mild sedative. Green tea contains theanine, which helps promote sleep. Choose green or chamomile tea, whichever you like the best, and drink a cup of it one or two hours before bedtime. You can read more about the benefits of green tea, here. Eating these foods just a few hours before you hit the pillow will help you fall asleep faster and even improve the quality of your sleep. Finally regular exercises.
