Try to move it back by applying some oil like mustard oil onto it... Clean it daily If this doesn't help then go to nearby surgeon and get it done by him... It's in important to get it treated now

Try kegel exercises this is a great way of strengthening your pelvic muscles and gain strength for sex. It is like going to the gym, but for sex. Let me tell you how to do kegel exercises. You have to practice it first. When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine without your hands, just by contracting your muscles. The muscles you contract then are the pelvic muscles that are used during sex. Do not do this while urinating again, you can do this while you are sitting or standing, while working or doing other things. Once you know how to contract them try doing this a few times every day and this will strengthen them. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. You should see results in a few week.

Yes you can take fruits and diary products. Take in moderate amount you can take 500 ml milk (including curd or any other preparation from milk). While having fruits include fiber rich fruits. You want to eat banana, chickoo, grapes, you can have half or 3/4, half chickoo or 5, 6 grapes. In simple way if you are eating in moderate n suggests amount you can have evrythinh.

You must be aware diabetes and hypertension are diseases which can only be controlled by proper medication, diet and exercise, there is cure for both these. Acidity and gas trouble are related conditions, you are aware of some foods increasing acidity as well as gaseousness. It is essential that those foods are avoided. To reduce acidity you should eat at specific intervals, avoid high spicy and oily foods. Also reduce tea/coffee and aerated drinks, practice some aasanas such as pawan muktasan, manduk asana, these should help.

Hello, you need to get your vitamin d and calcium levels checked. Generally, the lack of these in your bones can cause such pain. Get yourself exposed to the morning sunlight. Do some exercises to keep them active. Take care.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

If you cardiac tests all came out negative, it could be caused due to anxiety and stress. You may need medications for that but try these as a first resort. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Dear Lybrate User, Masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. Dear lybrate user, first of all I would like to correct you when you say that you got diabetes from pregnancy. It is not like that you got diabetes from pregnancy but your diabetes got manifested or reflected when you were pregnant. This is known as gestational diabetes. Some of the patients of gestational diabetes revert back to normal straight after pregnancy is over but some of the patients they remain as diabetics. Diabetes cannot be cured it can only be treated. You should understand that you should treat yourself like any other diabetic patient-take care of your diet exercise and medicines and that is the only thing that is going to help you. Pregnancy is essentially state of stress in human body. Just like other bodily stresses in pregnancy also diabetes surfaces in our body if we have got a predisposition to it.
