Hi, Wash your face 3-4 times a day with Kusum Bathing Powder and apply Safrozan ointment twice daily. Take Cap. Aclear 1-0-1 for 3-6 months regularly and Panchatiktarista 2tsf + 2 tsf water mixed with it, twice daily for 1 month. Avoid spicy, oily food and sweets.

Drink water throughout the day. Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Recommendations based on the specific type of kidney stone include the following: 1. Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! The only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what YOU can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Hi Asmikl These circumstances usually leaves one in grief and brooding over the memories of past and theses memories, although good, makes it difficult to get out of the situation. As it is said "the show must go on" and for that I advise you to take these homoepathic medicines for 15 days and revert back with a feedback 1. Ignatia 1000/1dose/ empty stomach 2. I have prolonged bleeding from 25 days. Diagnosis done found uterine polyp of size 4.4cm long and 9 mm thick. Pls suggest the best.

The cause of bleeding is the uterine polyp. And hence unless the polyp is removed, the bleeding will continue. Go to a gynecologist and get the d&c polypectomy done. They wills end the removed polyp for examination, and the treatment will depend on the report most polyps are benign (non cancerous) and do not recur if treatment is given. The doctor may prescribe you ocpills for 3 cycles or preogesterone for 3 cycles to stop polyp from recurring. D&c is the simplest surgery and it is done under anesthesia. Its just lasts few minutes and after the mandatory observation for few hours (4-6) you will be discharged from the hospital. So do not fear and get the dnc done.

Seasonal flu symptoms 1.Fever,cough,sore throat, running nose 2.Headache, body ache, pain in muscle, fatigue. Prevention 1.stay at home if sick, avoid contact with infected patient, avoid over crowding places, 2.frequently wash hands with soap and water, avoid sharing linen, utensil, dish etc with infected patients, 3.Frequently touched surfaces like door handle, telephone receiver should be cleaned with disinfectant, use face mask when going out, 4.Have good nourishing food, drink plenty of wter, take adequate rests 5. Hello lybrate-user ji. For sleep problem you can do massage of some oils like coconut oil or amla oil on your head by relaxing way with finger tips. Go for sleep at proper time around 9-10 pm. Take one glass warm milk and add half spoon ghee in that and sugar for taste. Avoid all stress. Be relax. Take some deep breaths before sleep. Try to be in present. Take more fruits. Salads in diet.

Can you think of anyone who is into cycling (professional or a regular cyclist) and has not faced any injuries? You would have to think real hard, as injuries are a very common part of cycling. Right from the stage when a person starts learning to whatever stage they decide to stop at, injuries are a part and parcel of it.

There are, however, some tips that can help you avoid or reduce the incidence of injuries and their impact. These are gaining importance, as there are more people getting into the sport. Follow these and have a happy time cycling away!

  1. Choose the right bike for your height and frame. Do not use cycles which are too small or too big for you.
  2. Always use a helmet of the approved standards and use the helmet lock. It does not prevent scratches and skin tears, but definitely helps protect your head.
  3. Common notion is that traffic rules don’t apply to cyclists. We all can remember how a cyclist gets off the bike at the signal and pushes the bike to cross over. This is wrong and the traffic rules apply as much to the cyclists as to the other motorists.
  4. Using hand signals to indicate stopping, turning or changing lanes is also a practice that cyclists must follow.
  5. When riding on the roads, keep safe distance from other vehicles. If there is a cycling lane, stick to it.
  6. Though cycling with music in your ears is very appealing, try not to do that, especially if you are on the road where you might not be able to hear honking from other vehicles.
  7. If you are cycling in a group, make sure you cycle one behind the other, not as a group.
  8. Do not try bike stunts like speeding, wheeling, etc., on roads which have regular traffic. Choose off-peak hours and quieter areas for these stunts.
  9. If you are crossing a pedestrian lane, get off the bike and cross it carefully.
  10. Try not to use the edge of the road from where it is easy to fall off. Riding on the road helps others to notice you, so ride accordingly.
  11. If you are riding at night, make sure you are wearing bright clothing; there are fluorescent colored bibs with reflectors available. The bike should also have reflectors, so others can see you and the bike.
  12. For regular practice, try staying in residential areas, compared to roads which have other vehicles.
  13. Ensure the bike is always maintained in a good condition with brakes and gears working properly. Get your bike serviced regularly, so it is well oiled and checked for proper functioning. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

U can use any soap. But use oil control face wash in morning. And apply aloe vera gel at night. For better result take homeopathic treatment. If you want revert to me.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

The horrible effects of summer heat on the body are fairly well known: sunburn, heat stroke and serious dehydration can be life threatening illnesses. But did you know that paying attention to your oral cavity can tip you off and help prevent the onset of serious injury? Don’t let the summer heat get you down! This week, explore with us how your mouth can serve as a pathway to healthier, safer living in hotter months.

First things first

You know heat stroke (or sun stroke) is bad, but what is it exactly? Heat stroke is usually the result of lengthy exposure to the sun.  For various reasons, the body fails to sufficiently sweat, leading to extremely high internal body temperatures.  It is a condition that is typically rapid in onset, requiring immediate medical attention. Left untreated, it can result in multiple organ failures.

The Warning Signs

Many warning signs of summer illnesses actually start in the mouth. Though no two patients experience the same constellation of symptoms, many initially report problems with thirst, dry mouth and dry tongue before the onset of more worrisome indicators.

However, other important signs of dehydration should not be overlooked. These include dry skin, fatigue, light-headedness, headache, dizziness, confusion and/or increased heart rate and breathing.

Drink up

The most important thing you can do to prevent summer heat illnesses is drink plenty of fluids. This is especially true if one has been outdoors working or playing in the sun. Establish a schedule and drink plenty of fluids at regular intervals. You should also be drinking even if you do not feel thirsty or dehydrated. For an extra push, drink solutions like Pedialyte or Gatorade. These help maintain electrolyte balance during extreme heat. Avoid alcohol consumption, as liquor often dehydrates the body and leaves it wanting of critical fluids.

How much is Enough?

During extreme summer heat, you should be drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. But that is not a fixed amount. If you have been outdoors and active, you may need to drink much more. Pay attention to your body to determine how much fluids you should be drinking. Remember, the warnings signs are listed above.
