It depends on the age of the girl also. Sometimes it takes more than 2 years of trial for a girl to get pregnant after she is 25+. But you can consult a Gynaecologist for it and get it confirmed regarding any problem or not.

Dear lybateuser, -take rest, donot exert, lift weight -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also tea, coffee, alcohol if you consume -take antacid tab digene, 1 tab three times a day to be taken half an hour before meals -donot skip breakfast & meals, take small 5-6 meals instead of three large ones, keep regular meal timings -do regular exercises & yoga in the morning to keep fit -get your investigations ecg, tmt, x-ray chest done & consult a doctor on forum.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Dear lybrate-user, They are specific phobias. They are treated by cognitive behaviour therapy or systematic desensitisation. They need many sessions over 5-6 months time. For tomorrow's travel, it can not be done. You can try with short acting anxiolytics temporarily. Please try to stop smoking at the earliest. It has many health benefits in the long run. When you stop suddenly, you may get withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, irritability, lack of concentration, increased hunger, sleep disturbance, headache, impatience, anxiety, depression, etc. If you have them please don’t get back to smoking, take nicotine gum or lozenge or patch. They are available in all medical shops. You don’t need a prescription from doctors. Use 2 mg gum if you smoke less than 25 cigarettes/day. Use 4 mg gum if you smoke more than 25 cigarettes/day. First 6 weeks, use 1 gum every 1 – 2 hours. Reduce it in week 7 – 9 to one gum every 2 – 4 hours. In week 10 – 12, reduce it further to 1 gum every 4 -8 hours. By 3 months, you will be able to stop both cigarettes and gum fully without any withdrawal symptoms. Please feel confident that you can do it and give yourself some gift for doing it like vacation or books or new mobile. Smoking is a chronic relapsing condition like diabetes and B.P. So please don’t worry if you restart smoking. Start all over again to stop. You will learn the situations that make you smoke and avoid them. Please think of health benefits and money saved often. Plan how to avoid relapsing situations, like smoking friends, along with alcohol, stressful feeling or depression. Delay, drink, deep breathe, distract and discuss are the helpful tips. Increase of non smoking zones, gift yourself for stopping smoking. Even chewing cinnamon may delay. Please remember that the urge to smoke comes and goes like waves. Delay and see whether it goes away. It will like a passing cloud.

Hi lybrate user you can start consuming good amount of protein in your diet if you want to increase the weight. As proteins are building blocks of our body. -so the food items rich in protein should be consumed on regular basis. -soybeans and soya products are high in protein, start consuming them. -start your day with 2 soya chunks soaked in milk overnight. Make a paste of it and mix it with honey/ sugar and take it on empty stomach daily. - your breakfast should consist of a bowl of mixed sprouts, a glass of milk or fruits, cornflakes or omelets and bread, with some shakes. - milk and milk products should b incorporated in the diet. Start consuming paneer, cheese, tofu, satthu, as these are high in proteins - aloo paratha, paneer paratha, sattu paratha etc should also b taken on regular basis - frequent snacking or taking small small meals at regular intervals also boosts body's metabolism. - lunch should incorporate 2-3 chapatis, a bowl of dal, vegetables, small quantity of rice and a glass of buttermilk or curd. - in evening start taking any kind of fruits, shakes, or any fruit juices. Banana shake, chickoo shake, sitafal shakes are more recommendable. - dinner should b done early and should consist of everything rite from dal rice veggies salads to chapatis. - regular exercise also helps in weight gain. - along with all this dietary tips you can take brains alfalfa malt daily. Diet has no role with concentration and you need to control mind and do yoga and meditaion and follow these study tips CONCENTRATION TIPS Here’s some tips to get into a state of deep concentration where work / or studies flow easily so that you can do well in examinations/ and or do your work well. 1) Cut Off the Noise Getting into a state of concentration can take at least fifteen minutes. If you are getting distracted every five, you can’t possibly focus entirely on your work. Request that people don’t interrupt you when working on a big project. If you are required to answer phones and drop-in’s immediately, schedule work when the office is less busy. 2) Structure Your Environment The place you work can have an impact on your ability to focus. Try to locate yourself so you are facing potential distractions such as doors, phones or windows. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

I had abortion 5 months ago due to some infection. But now everything is ok. Now I am trying to conceive from last 3 months but is unable to conceive. I had tab .smartova also . Now when I had an ultrasound the report shows that the follicle size is larger than the average size as it should be on 10 day. The reports were. Rt ovary 19*16 mm 17*15 mm Lt ovary17*14 mm 16*14 mm E.T-7 mm Are the reports normal.

Yes reports are normal. Get tube test done on 5th day of period if you get on this cycle as chances of conception during this cycle are good as per reports shown here.

Hairfall is very common now a days in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet .Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water ,eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily. Do massage to your hair with different oils like Almond ,coconut, olive oil, castor oil. In the Medicine part Apply Tugain 5% lotion on scalp. Biotin salt will help. If you take few sessions of PRP therapy ,it will be further beneficial

Brushing two times doesnot stop cavitation in tooth totally. Rinse your mouth with water after food, try to avoid eating junk foods in daytime n before sleeping. Use mouth wash. There are many reasons for cavitation like food lodgement, oral hygiene practice, tooth n saliva composition, type of bacteria and their virulence capacity, hereditary and so on. Visit dentist every 6 months for dental check up.
