He is still under of 4.5 kg (with cloths) I am very much in tension due to this. Please suggest something so I could raise his weight as much as possible till the time of surgery. Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query for your son thoroughly.* There are no additional supplements for 105 days old child for weight gain except breast feeding, and CHD is also a major factor for low weight.* So do not panic regarding the weight, anesthesia and all other things are planned in accordance to weight only, so he would be fine for sure, have to rely on almighty God. Hope this clears your query. Wishing your toddler fine recovery and cheerful smile after surgery. May God give you enough strength to carry out this mission. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

Hello, Indirect biluribin upto 5.0 mg be tolerable but raised level be addressed to an x pert, please. Gastric disorder producing hiccup is a normal go with a newly born baby. You may give her homoeopathic medicine:@.China 30-1 drop with 1tsfl of your milk, thrice. You should take care of yourself to keep your baby fit. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol, spicy food. Take care.

My wife and I blessed with a baby girl 7 days ago. She was gone through C section. She did not produce enough milk. Or very little milk. Baby got hungry and cried overnight. She is very depressed. Kindly suggest some medicine for mother and baby.

MD - Paediatrics
Pediatrician, Bangalore
Hi, Ask your Wife to take plenty of water and a glass of water or juice or milk before feeding the baby. Ask her to relax, stress and depression will further decrease her. Mother’s usually take a week to 10 days to produce milk. Take spinach, dhill leaves and gourd vegetables which as water. Babies are very active at night, so they feed very often. Baby will demand to be carried at night, they may not be hungry. So try talking to baby, so baby knows that you are around.

It's ok if it's occasional associated with winter nights but if frequency is more inspite of non-medicine methods tried, investigation is must Drugs can be prescribed with very good results.

My son is 6 years old and has breathing issues every full moon and black moon days. What could be the reason and how to overcome this issue. He is extremely anxious and angry during these days and have fever along with breathing issues. He does nebulization to breath normally. Please suggest a remedy for this issue.

MD Pediatrics
Pediatrician, Vadodara
The problem may be simple allergy to viral infection causing respiratory tract infection. It is not related to changes in the moon phases. Take opinion of a pediatrician before giving nebulization. The anger irritability and frustration is due to nasal blockage which leads to difficulty in breathing. If this is taken care of then the child should be fine. You can use nasal saline drops to clear the nasal blockage. Your child specialist will be able to guide you better. Regards.

Hi the difference between pentavac (painful) and pentaxim (painless) one is regarding one of the component. (pertussis). But there is a slight advantage of painful over painless one. As it's just the second dose you can switch over the painful one. It has got it's own side effects. Thanks.
