What is your duty? If is of responsibility you have to wake up till 1 am. U can extend your sleep in morning for 1-2 more hours. As healthy mind requires enough sleep, you should take proper rest. U can take homoeopathic medicine Coffea 200 weekly twice. Medicated globules no. 30 4 in morning. Would be available at nearby homoeo store. Once you bring the medicine contact us in personal conversation for how you should consume it. Follow up us on Lybrate in personal conversation.

"Joint Pain Treatment" Physiotherapy:

Joints form the connections between bones. They provide support and help you move. Any damage to the joints from disease or injury can interfere with your movement and cause a lot of pain.

Many different conditions can lead to painful joints, including
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Bursitis
- Gout
-  Strains, sprains and other injuries of joints and around joints.
-  Inflammation in and around joints
- CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)
- Fibromyalgia
- Bursitis
- Ankylosing Spondylitis(A.S.)
- Tendon Sheath Inflammation (Tenosynovitis) etc.

Joint pain is extremely common. In one national survey, about one-third of adults reported having joint pain within the past 30 days.
Knee pain was the most common complaint, followed by shoulder and hip pain, but joint pain can affect any part of your body, from your ankles and feet to your shoulders and hands. As you get older, painful joints become increasingly more common.

Physiotherapy treatment:
For joint pain treatment we can use following techniques:

-Taping
-Modalities
-Exercises
-Corrective devices if needed (orthotics)
-Manual therapy etc. depending upon the case.

I want to know should I do polyphasic sleep and will it harm me or not in the long run?

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

I want to know should I do polyphasic sleep and will it harm me or not in the long run?
There is insufficient data on whether polyphasic sleep really helps or is harmful. I will however tell you what the experts say Piotr Woźniak considers the theory behind severe reduction of total sleep time by way of short naps unsound, arguing that there is no brain control mechanism that would make it possible to adapt to the "multiple naps" system. Woźniak says that the body will always tend to consolidate sleep into at least one solid block, and he expresses concern that the ways in which the polyphasic sleepers' attempt to limit total sleep time, restrict time spent in the various stages of the sleep cycle, and disrupt their circadian rhythms, will eventually cause them to suffer the same negative effects as those with other forms of sleep deprivation and circadian rhythm sleep disorder. Woźniak further claims to have scanned the blogs of polyphasic sleepers and found that they have to choose an "engaging activity" again and again just to stay awake and that polyphasic sleep does not improve one's learning ability or creativity.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

Dont indulge in self exercises Always do it under guidance if you are doing for correcting postures Anyhow if you are doing a exercise for first time For few days some pain is fell as your body isnt habituated for that After that it subsides gradually Tips for coping up the pain Do mild physical activities under guidance Have a calcium rich diet Drink milk daily With some calcium supplements Dont massage over the sprain Take rest Avoid the things that gives you muscle sprain Dont sit or walk for long period Have protein rich food with some protein supplement too Eat vit c in food form Like lemon oranges etc If no relief Go for homeopathy As it showsgood results

I would like to know whether rheumatologist is better or orthopedist is better for patellar tendinitis which is there...
If its truly patellar tendinitis then you should show it to an Orthopedic surgeon as there is no role of rheumatologist. Xray and MRI may help in the diagnosis.
