Protein rich food like egg. Almonds ,green leafy vegetables and fruits are good for hair. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates like rice, sugar etc from the diet and exercise. U will loose weight.

Hi lybrate-user include more of fruit and vegetables in you r diet. Protein rich food like egg whites, sprouts, milk and milk products should be consumed. Eat plenty of salads and don't forget to drink at least 8glasses of water. Then see how you glow.

Hi lybrate-user thanks for mentioning that you are a veg. Natural protein is in soyabeans, dals, legumes like rajma, Chan's and milk and milk products. So consume these in the required limits and build those muscles. All the best.

Hello lybrate-user. U need to reduce the amount of carbohydrates and fats in you r diet. Rice, sweets, junk food, fried food should be reduced. Instead of these add more of salads, fruits and vegetables. Drink more water, or any non sweetened areated drink like butter milk ,green tea etc and do not forget to walk or do any kind of exercise daily.

Hi you are already 21 years old, so fusion of bones have taken place there is no chance of getting more taller. But yes by taking a high protein diet with physical exercise you can gain weight.

lybrate-user do not get depressed. Just reduce the carbohydrates in you r diet eg food stuff made from maida. Rice and wheat. Include more of fruit and vegetables and salad. And don't forget to exercise or walks. U will loose a couple of kgs.
