Knee is crucial for a person for mobility and helps in walking and running. Many times, it is a forgotten factor and undergoes unwanted problems. Knee injuries occur when care is not given while twisting, turning or running. It also happens due to obesity and a few diseases affecting the knee joints. It is wise not to ignore any pain in the knee even if it is mild. If unattended, it may lead to injury on the ligament, cartilage, tendons that surround the knee joint.
