There are three important things to be checked when you are trying for a baby. Your husbands semen analysis, checking whether you are releasing an egg every month and checking whether your Fallopian tubes (tubes attached your uterus where egg and sperm meet for fertilization). If you are having regular periods that mean you are most likely producing an egg every month. Tubes are checked by test known as HSG, which is a X-ray test. I am sure you would have had a scan of uterus and ovaries by now and no abnormality was found in that. The treatment depends on the cause. 20% of the couples have all normal test but still not able to have a baby. Three main treatment methods are giving tablets to produce eggs if you are not producing eggs properly every month. Second one is known as IUI, intrauterine insemination if the tablets are not giving any results and the last one is IVF that is test tube baby. For the first two treatments your tubes have to be normal (that means no block in the tubes). I can guide you exactly what treatment you need if I can see what tests have been done and the treatment you have undergone till now. Finally considering your height and weight given, your BMI (Boday Mass Index) is 32.7 which is on the obese side. So you need lose weight at least around 10-12 kg. Hope this is useful for you.

Hi is there any difference between inj ovidac 2000 IU and ovidac 2k hcg 200 IU. Please suggest me something for that.
Ovidac (HCG) comes in 5000 IU and 2000 IU doses Generally 5000 IU is used in Infertility treatment. HCG also comes in recombinant (purified) form which comes in 250 mcg dose which is equivalent to 6500 IU of Ovidac. Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Hi, the chance of having a normal pregnancy without any hypertension is still more than having hypertension again. But we have to keep a close eye on the BP with regular monitoring of the BP and urine examination mainly after 5 months of pregnancy. Also there is evidence that Aspiring tablets taken 75 mg once daily from third month of pregnancy helps in preventing the development of hypertension. Calcium supplementation atleast 1.5 to 2g per day in divided doses reduces the chance of hypertension. Hope this is useful.
