When an individual? s height is considered, we all are aware of the fact that it increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18 in women and up to the age of 24 in men. Increase in height can be attributed to the production of a hormone, called the human growth hormone, which is secreted by the pituitary gland within the human body. Exercise is extremely crucial to gain good height as growth is stimulated when the body is being exercised and stretched. Apart from exercise, sports activities like cycling and swimming can also help in increasing height. The exercises given below might be helpful in gaining some height after the age of 25 years? stretching: stretch yourself on a daily basis after having a bath while your muscles are warm. After walking for 5 minutes, gently shake each arm and each leg to loosen up and release tension. The entire side of your body should be stretched, starting from your fingertips through your shoulder and hip till all the way to your toes. Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Hello, thank you for posting on lybrate. Complexion of any person is has two components; constitutive, one which is predetermined by genetics and racial factors and usually cannot be changed with any treatment. The other component is due to external agents like environmental exposure, sunlight, use of any cosmetics etc and is amenable to treatment. You can get a series of chemical peels, which actually remove the upper dead layers of skin and stimulate regeneration of collagen and thus newer layers of skin. Many options are available in chemical peels depending on the requirement and skin type. (glycolic peel, retinol peel, cocktail peel etc) also, chemical peeling can be preceded by a simple procedure called microderamabrasion or commonly known as skin polishing to augment the results. Also, at home you can try using cream containing kojic acid, tetrahydrocurcumin, arbutin etc for several months (melaglow cream) for additional benefit and maintenance. Always use broad spectrum sunscreen before going out in sun. Use a plain moisturiser like cetaphil dam on daily basis for healthy and hydrated skin. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Hope this will take care of your issue. Thank you

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello when color-producing cells stop producing pigment in the hair, they turn grey/white. Or, due to certain chemical reactions inside our body, natural hydrogen peroxide builds up in the hair, bleaching the color of the hair. I suggst you should never pluck your white hair as it can damage the hair follicles, rather, cut your grey hair carefully. Or, if you feel embarrased, for social reasons, you can dye it with ammonia free color. There are many nutrient deficiencies, autoimmune syndromes and certain diseases which can cause premature graying of hair. I would like to know if you have been experimenting with your hair a lot in the sense of coloring, bleaching, straightening, or perming hair. I. E. If quite a lot of chemicals have been used on your hair. Or, if you have been taking medication for any ailment. If not, then, I would like to know if you are under some kind of mental or emotional stress. I suggest you to take a well balanced diet with added supplements if needed. Avoid fried food, pizzas, burgers, and pepsi, coke, diet drinks (all that is termed as'junk food') and even if it be tea, coffee or alcoholic bevereages.(good if you do not take these, but I have known young lads taking beer nd so.) #too much of everything retards hair growth and ages hair fast. Get a blood test done to check the amounts of vitamins (esp. Vit b12), minerals (esp. Zinc and copper) and haemoglobin percentage. Get your thyroid test done to see if body's metabolism is balanced or not. Get rid of stress if any, by busying yourself in constructive activity as much as possible. Yoga and meditation can help. You can listen to the'sound of isha' on youtube. Boost your mineral intake by taking organic green vegetables, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, whole wheat /flour + bran, oats, barley, (jawar/bajra) etc. Keep your body hydrated by intake of a good amount of fluid. This does not include soda, tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, but rather fresh fruit juice, nariyal pani, nimbu pani, aam panna, etc. Oil your hair every once in a while to regulate the blood supply of hair follicles. Virgin coconut oil is the best. You can also massage your scalp with natural conditioners like amla juice and lemon juice. I can suggest you a lot more ways to avoid chemicals and get back your previos black hair by natural methods. For that lastly I suggest you to consult me in private. Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for your query- avoid heighted and hard pillows. Use soft pillow which may elevate your head to 5-10 degree. Aply move on your neck. Also if persistant- neck x-ray and follow up.

Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Ashokarishtha is good for painful menses it will also help you regularise your cycle to 25-28 days. You can take it regularly daily but stop it when you get your menses, once menses are over you can start it again. Thanks.
