Nose infection is defined as a condition where the internal parts of the nose are affected with either a bacteria or fungi. Nose infections usually are an after effect of some serious or chronic cough and cold condition or even long-term problems like sinus. Common symptoms of the infection here include bleeding from the nose, trouble breathing, gasping for breath, itching and pus from the nose.
HOW IS NOSE INFECTION DIAGNOSED?
A General Physician diagnoses Nose Infection by conducting a physical examination and nasal endoscopy to see inside the nose.
HOW IS NOSE INFECTION TREATED?
Treatment for nose infection includes use of antibiotic drops or similar medicated drops to prevent it from spreading further. Inhaling steam is also suggested. Alongside, you can also be given other antibiotics and medicines along with ointments to curtail the problem.
