Hello, Stress can sometimes lead to overeating. Manage your stress. Drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, roasted grams, nuts when you are genuinely hungry. Do not eat simply because you are bored. Sleep well and ensure you are not overdosing yourself with lots of caffeine i.e tea/coffee.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. ... It is also believed that insulin is related to PCOS; too much insulin can increase the production of androgens, which also cause problems with ovulation. If you believe your irregular periods and weight gain are because of PCOS, speak with your doctor.

Acid reflux disease with diabetes needs evaluation for nutritional deficiencies like vitamin B12, vitamin D3 etc. Frequent headaches and perceived memory loss could be symptoms of tress, anxiety and feelings of depression which are common at your age. Here is a sample menu to help you understand the diet: Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti or Boiled rice - 1 Cup + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee (1 tsp. Sugar) + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori. Start your meals with salads and buttermilk, and stop eating when you are just full.

Almost 90% of smartphone users spend most of their time on their phones. Whatsapp, facebook, twitter, instagram, games. This addiction is not only heavy on our data packs and pockets, but are equally damaging to our neck and back. During neutral position of neck, there are about 10-12 pounds of force working on the cervical spine (neck). The force increases in proportion to the bending angle of our neck. Have a look at the attached picture.

The simplest solution to avoid this damage to our neck and hence development of cervical spondylosis is to hold the phone at eye level!

Tamil both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritious diet.. Drink warm water with honey and lemon early in the morning.. Maximum intake of green tea and water.. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm.. Avoid refined and fatty and sugary food.. Take high fibre diet..

I have lost about 5kgs weight in 40 days. I have done intense workout these 40 days. Does that harm my body in any ways?

Hye. If your diet was right, as per the body's needs and your workout was moderate, it's a decent loss. But, if your intake was poor or if you have crashed your diet and at the same time done strenuous workout, the chances are, you have lost muscle mass and bone mass, and fats are as it is. If, this is the case then you will gain all the lost weight and much more once you go back to your old routine. Also the fats will increase much more.

Hello lybrate-useryou can take warm water n aloe Vera juice empty stomach twice a day, avoid oily n fatty food items take simple food n walk at least 500 steps before you go to bed after dinner. U can ask for further information.

Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

Hello Ramandeep! In weight training we do increase the intensity and frequency both gradually. But if you are not comfortable with more weights you can continue with more reps. You should supplement your diet with healthy proteins as it will help you to add more weight.

इस बात से हम सभी वाकिफ हैं कि सुबह एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी में नींबू का रस और शहद मिलाकर पीना स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य के लिए अच्‍छा होता है। शहद को गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से वजन कम होता है। और इसके नियमित सेवन से सेहत से जुड़ी कई समस्याओं से हमेशा के लिए निजात मिल सकती है।


पाचन सुधारे
अच्छे पाचन के लिए सुबह गर्म पानी में शहद और नींबू मिलाकर पीना चाहिए। यह पेट को साफ करने में मदद करता है। यह लीवर में रस के उत्‍पादन को बढ़ाता है जिससे पाचन में मदद मिलती है। नींबू में मौजूद एसिड आपके पाचन तंत्र में मदद करता है और अवांछित विषाक्त पदार्थों को बाहर निकालने में मदद करता है। इसके अलावा शहद एक एंटीबैक्‍टीरियल के रूप में कार्य करता है और आपके शरीर में मौजूद किसी भी तरह के संक्रमण को दूर करने में मदद करता है।

Staying up late badly impacts on our physical health condition. The human adrenal cortex hormone and growth hormone, which are vital substances for human body, only secrete at night normally, frequent staying up late will lead to fatigue and degraded immunity. People may easily get sick when the weather gets a little bit colder or hotter. In addition, it can also cause headache. Besides, the fertility of both male and female will be impacted. For women, it will affect the secretion of female hormones and the quality of ova. It also tends to affect the menstrual cycle. Negatively impacts on the work efficiency. On the one hand, owing to the discomfort of your health as mentioned above, you may feel distracted from the work. On the other hand, because of the decrease of the memory capacity, your work efficiency will be lower, which means that you may not complete the things as you want.

Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.
