Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

2 Most Effective Postural Exercises For Hunch Back

Hunch back: stretching exercises for good posture
This stretch vastly helps if you are suffering from a sore neck or back.
Stretch or tilt your head in all four directions (forward, back, left, right). Don't roll in a circle, as it can cause additional strain.
Massage your neck gently.
Get on your hands and knees and bend your back upwards (cat stretch). Do the opposite next.
Repeat a few times daily. This stretch, when done in the morning, helps in relieving the sleep induced muscle lethargy. If done regularly throughout the day, it helps in boosting your energy levels

Exercises to improve your posture
Stay in shape by keeping your entire musculoskeletal system modified to support your posture. For this the following exercise are helpful:

Lie on your back with your feet on the floor and flex your legs to about 90 degrees at the knee.
Pull your belly-button in towards your spine and hold it at the end for 10 seconds.
Repeat eight times daily.
Always keep a proper posture even if it is tiring and other muscles, like the back or butt, are not being used.
Breathe normally when doing this exercise, because you are trying to train your core to maintain this position when doing daily normal activities.
The following exercises can be done with or without hand weights:
Exercise 1:
Keep your head upright and shoulders squared so that the ears are in alignment over the shoulders.
Lift both the arms straight out, palms up and alongside your ears.
Bend the forearms in and backwards, towards the shoulders while trying to touch your shoulder blades with your fingertips.
Repeat 10 times with both arms.
Do alternate ten reps for each arm individually.
Exercise 2:
Keep your head upright and shoulders squared so that the ears are in alignment over the shoulders.
Lift both the arms sideward at shoulder height.
Hold this pose for 10 seconds.
Now slowly bring the arms to the sides while counting till ten.
Again, slowly lift arms back to shoulder height while counting to ten when raising your arms.
Do 10 repetitions while checking your alignment with each rep. You should be able to feel mild tiredness in the shoulder muscles.

Hello, avoid fatty food and high carbohydrates. Drink water before you eat. Drink water after you eat. Don't drink water while having food. Dont site for long time, if you are a employee where you sit literally for hours. Do some physical exercise under trainer guidelines. Let me know for more info - have a healthy life.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Don't take drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi, you have not mentioned how many times in a day or week you do masturbation. Volume of semen always become lee when you ejaculate frequently. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone.

There is too much stress getting transferred to your knees because of your body weight. Reduce your body weight. Do brisk walking atleast 1 hour a day. If you recently added weight, get a physician opinion and tests to rule out hormonal problems.

Change the place each time. You can take insulin injection on abdomen, outer aspect of thighs and wallet area of buttocks.

There are many normal or abnormal causes of dark yellow urine. Commonest is insufficient water intake, hot weather or sweating etc. Hence you should take about 3 litres of water daily in summer conditions. Urine infection, jaundice etc may be some causes. But there will be associated complaints hence you should see your doctor for proper clinical examination, related investigations of urine for any abnormalities and proper diagnosis.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

कुदरत ने हमें कुछ ऐसी चीजों से नवाजा है जो अनाज की तरह हमारा पेट नहीं भरते और ना ही मसाले सब्जियों की तरह हमारे भोजन का स्वाद बढाते हैं, बल्कि वह तो औषधीय गुणों से परिपूर्ण होकर हमारे गलत खान-पान, अनहेल्दी लाइफस्टाइल के रिजल्ट में हुई शारीरिक तकलीफों से निजात दिलाने में हमारी मदद करता हैं जिनमें से एक है आंवला। जी हां आंवला में हैं कई बीमारियों से निपटने की शक्ति। आंवला में भरपूर मात्रा में एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट पाया जाता हैं। और आंवले  में पोटासियम , कार्बोहायड्रेट , फाइबर, प्रोटीन्स, विटामिन्स ‘ए’, ’बी काम्प्लेक्स, मैग्नीशियम, विटामिन ‘सी’, आयरन युक्त होने के साथ ही यह विटामिन ‘सी’ से भरपूर होता है।

आंवला चूर्ण, अचार जूस आदि किसी ना किसी रूप में लगभग हम सभी के घरों में मौजूद होता है। आंवला की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि इसे किसी भी रूप में खाया जाए यह अपने गुणों फायदा ही पहुंचाता है। हमारे यहां आंवले का चूर्ण खाने का काफी प्रचलन है क्योंकि इसे घर पर बनाना या बाहर से लाकर महीनों रखकर खाना किसी और तरीके से बेहतर है क्योंकि ना खराब होने की टेंशन ना ज्यादा महंगा जबकि इसके फायदे कई दूसरे ऑप्शन्स से कहीं ज्यादा महंगे हैं। आंवला चुर्ण के फायदों की लंबी फेहरिस्त है जिनमें से आज हम जानेंगे कुछ खास होने वाले स्वास्थ्य संबन्धी फायदों की।

शरीर के विभिन्न हिस्सों को आंवला चूर्ण से होने वाले लाभ 


1. मेटाबोलिज्म 
आंवला मेटाबोलिक क्रियाशीलता को बढाता हैं। मेटाबोलिज्म क्रियाशीलता से हमारा शरीर स्वस्थ और सुखी होता हैं। आवला भोजन को पचाने में बहुत मददगार साबित होता हैं खाने में अगर प्रतिदिन आवले की चटनी, मुरब्बा, अचार, रस, चूर्ण या चवनप्रास कैसे भी रोजमरा की जिन्दगी में शामिल करना चाहिए। इससे कब्ज की शिकायत दूर होती हैं पेट हल्का रहता हैं। रक्त की मात्रा में बढ़ोतरी होती हैं। खट्टे ढकार आना, गैस का बनाना, भोजन का न पचना, इत्यादि में 5 ग्राम आवला चूर्ण को पानी में भिगों कर सुबह शाम खाएं इससे अम्लीय पित्त के बुरे प्रभाव से छुटकारा मिलता हैं।

2. डायबिटीज
आवला में क्रोमियम तत्व पाया जाता हैं जो डायबिटिक के उपयोगी होता हैं। आवला इंसुलिन होरमोंस को को सुदृढ़ करता हैं और खून में सुगर की मात्रा को नियंत्रित करता हैं। क्रोमियम बीटा ब्लॉकर के प्रभाव को कम करता हैं, जो की ह्रदय के लिए अच्छा होता हैं ह्रदय को स्वस्थ बनाता हैं।आवला खराब कोलेस्ट्रोल को ख़त्म कर अच्छे कोलेस्ट्रोल को बनाने में मदद करता हैं। डायबिटिक आंवले को चूर्ण, जूस या किसी न किसी रूप में अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करें। 

3. पीरियड्स प्रॉब्लम
महिलाओं में पीरियड्स संबन्धी पीरियड्स देर से आना, ज्यादा ब्लीडिंग होना, जल्दी जल्दी पीरियड्स आना, कम आना, पेट में दर्द का होने जैसी कई समस्यां होती रहती हैं। इसलिए उन महिलाओं को यह जानना काफी जरूरी है कि अब चिंता ना करें क्योंकि आंवला के सेवन से वे इन तकलीफों से राहत पा सकती हैं। दरसल आवला में मिनिरल्स, विटामिन्स पाया जाता हैं जो महावारी में बहुत आराम दिलाता हैं इसलिए नियमित रूप से आप आंवला और खासकर चूर्ण का सेवन करना शुरू कर दें इससे आपको महावारी की समस्याओ से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।

4. प्रजनन समस्या
आंवला प्रजनन के लिए बहुत ही उत्तम हैं महिलाओ और पुरुषो के लिए आंवला के सेवन से पुरुषो में शुक्राणु की क्रियाशीलता और मात्रा बढती हैं और महिलाओं में अंडाणु अच्छे और स्वस्थ बनते हैं साथ ही माहवारी नियमित हो जाती हैं। इस तरह दोनों को ही अपनी प्रजनन क्षमता में सुधार और दोषमुक्त करने के लिए नियमित आंवला चूर्ण का सेवन करना चाहिए।

If you are overweight. You can drink lots of water so that you Do not overeat. Drink one glass every hour. Take a glass 30 mins before meals. During a meal you can take a few sips between additional helpings. This will fill your stomach with water and prevent you from eating high calorie food. There are different conflicting theories about consumption of water in different parts of world. Hence feel free to drink as much water as you need. And drink some more.
