Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice....

Yes, you can take white egg in omlette, boil scrambled form and for breakfast you can include 1 bowl veg daliya, oats, veg stuffed besan cheela, 1 bowl steamed sprouts chaat, include 3-4 almonds and 1 walnut in your diet. You should also include avocado in your diet. Avoid every kind of packaged, process and refinary product.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In breakfast have 1-2 Veg stuffed Besan Cheela/ 1-2 Ragi Cheela. In lunch have Bajra/ barley/ ragi/ missi (50% Besan 50 % Barley) roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed Barley chapati /1-2 Ragi chapti + 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

For maintaining muscle mass eat proteins. Proteins are available in pulses, soya products, milk and curd. For skin health eat vegetables and fruits. In totality for you the best course would be sprout and steam 150 gms of moong or matar and eat with home made curd. You should avoid maida, sugar, fried foods etc.

Hi lovely - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. Before going to gym u should take carbohydrate rich diet because carbohydrate is the best source of energy.bananas have carbohydrate but not that much.u should take some energy drink mixed in milk.milk will also give u the required calcium

Why Are You Not Losing Weight Despite Diet And Exercise?

Weight gain is a complex situation. As you would have witnessed, despite being on a diet, reduced food intake, intense workout and exercise, herbal/nutritional supplements, losing weight may be difficult. That's because body weight is regulated by a mechanism called metabolism which in turn is controlled by hormones. 

Metabolism in short means breaking down of complex foods into simple components. So food, as we eat, is broken into carbs, proteins and fats. Extra carbs are turned into fats for future use. So if too much carbs are taken, by default you are strong too much fat. But if you have corrected your diet then ideally you shud be losing weight. When that doesn't happen, it indicates that there must be an underlying problem with metabolism.

Here's what you/anybody trying to lose weight must do. 

  • Check for thyroid levels.
  • Check sugar levels. 
  • If you are having menstrual problems, chances of hormonal imbalance are higher which could cause weight gain. Consult a doctor. Who will advise an ultrasonography?
  • Continue the diet
  • Continue physical activity. 
  • Do not try to lose more than 2 kgs a month - you will bounce back higher. 
  • Please note thyroid and sugar tests may be negative initially - they take a long time even 2-3 yrs to finally appear in reports, despite patients having symptoms of the condition. 

Last but not least, in fact very imp, be happy since stress is the only initial trigger to cause disturbances in body's functions.

do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. Avoid- late night work,overexertion, excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,chilled water,foods kept in fridge,fast food,bakery foods.

•In the case of sore throat, boil the water with Tulsi leaves and take as a drink. This water can also be used as gargle.

•Take decocotion of Tulsi leaves with honey and ginger will act as an effective remedy for bronchitis, asthma, cough and cold.

•To get immediate relief fom influenza, take Tulsi leaves, cloves and some salt boil it in 1/2 liter of water till only the water are left and take it as a drink.

•In case of kidney stones, take the juice of Tulsi leaves and honey regularly for 6 months it will expel the stones via urinary tract.

•Take 12 leaves of Tulsi twice a day to prevent from stress and also purifies the blood.

•To cure ulcer and mouth infections take a few Tulsi leaves and chew them for some days.

•To cure the insect stings or bites, take a teaspoonful of fresh juice of Tulsi leaves or paste of fresh roots and apply it on the effected skin.

•Consume the juice of Tulsi leaves which is the beneficial in the treatment of ringworms and other skin diseases.

•Take Tulsi leaves dry in sun and make powder, can use it for brushing teeth.

•Take Tulsi leaves mix with mustered oil and make paste. Use it as toothpaste that hepls to maintain good dental health and massage it to the gums.

•To get relief from headache take decoction of Tulsi leaves internally.

•Pound the Tulsi leaves mix it with sandal wood paste and apply it on the forehead to reduce over heat and headache.

•Take 2 drops of black Tulsi leaves juice and put into eyes daily at bedtime which is an effective remedy for sore eyes and night blindness.

•To get relief from pain due to burns, apply Tulsi juice mixed with equal amount of coconut oil on the burns.

•To get quick relief from itching apply Tulsi juice mix with lemon on the areas.

•Take paste of Tulsi, hibiscus(gurhal) and neem leaves and apply it to the hair to keep it healthy and itch free.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi basic information for obese patients is the only thing that is" you need to reduce body weight but keep in mind it should never disturb you r present good health" follow some below instructions 1) avoid oily spicy foods like panner, sweets, chat masala, aloo, brinjal, non veg for at lest 2- 3months 2) minimum 30 min walk per day with medium fast 3) avoid day sleep 4) avoid late night dinner and sleep 5) avoid over eating 6) never make fasting to reduce body weight 7) understand you r food calories and as much as possible burn the maximum calorie in a day 8) never allow to deposit extra calories everyday use some of ayurveda medications follow all these it will help us mother.
