A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of CHITRAKADI VATI and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Jai jinendra sir, my name is Sumit jain and I am from kharagpur, west bengal. I have some issued and want your precious suggestion on the matter described below. I am 25 year old and I am facing problems with gaining weight. I am 6 ft tall and my weight is 58 kgs. I have literally tried everything from doing physical exercises to gyming and from eating as much protein etc. I do regularly eat banana with milk in every morning and I do exercises everyday. But I feel ashamed when I am so tall and my weight is so less. Now I think I am genetically made in this way. I am from a middle class family but I do eat properly and healthy. Jai jinendra, gaining weight should not be a problem. But as said, if your constitution is such, even if you consume lots of carbohydrates, your weight might not increase as expected. Moreover, certain people have high bmr (basal metabolic rate) which in turn can be responsible for your low weight gain. If you are not putting on the weight, the problem could be of assimilation of consumed food for which you can consult a good homeopath who can advise you for good homeopathic medicines.

How to reduce fat.
You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Have more of raw fruits and vegetables specially iron rich fruits like beetroot, pomegranate, watermelon, colocassia leaves. For hemoglobin you can also have honey and jaggery.

Dear lyrateuser, - It is not necessary to take any medication after meal for digestion - follow some tips for proper digestion, chew your food well, have meals on time, have more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, avoid spicy, fried, junk food, more than 1-2 cups of tea/ coffee per day, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion.

Your description about your condition is incomplete in many aspects, including any tests done and any medicines you are already taking. Just saying I want to reduce my fat cannot help a dietitian give you a scientific advice. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avinash the cause of most belly button discharges is almost always, fungal yeast, or bacterial infections. Once properly diagnosed a course of treatment including topical and/or oral antibiotics or other anti-microbials will be prescribed.try to prevent belly button infections, especially if you have a pierced naval by washing the area thoroughly everyday with an anti-bacterial soap.Do not pick at any scabs or scratch the belly buttonDo not apply antiseptic creams or powders, this can only cause more irritation. If discharge is already present wash the area gently with warm salt water.see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Thanks for the query. Vitamin d is essential for bone health. If you don't spend enough time in the sun or if your body has trouble absorbing the vitamin, you may not get enough. Firstly it is important to understand that you need to have a balanced diet to help absorption of all vitamins. But there are some things you can do to increase the vitamin d levels. Firstly get sunlight. Sunlight spurs the body to make vitamin d small amount of sun exposure without sunscreen can do the trick. If you're going to get it from the sun, about 20 to 25 minutes of exposure is helpful. Include in your diet foods like fatty fish like salmon and mackerel, an egg yolk, dairy, fish oil, clarified butter and nuts. Also you may have to take a supplement as per the physician's advice.

gfr 53 is low, means kidneys are affected due to long term diabetes. Apart from gliclazide what other medications are you taking? how are sugar levelsand hba1c%. If diabetes is in check nephropathy can also be controlled. Do you have high blood pressure, if so what are the drugs for that? few precautions restrict salt intake and do not eat more proteins. Hi lybrate user, as per the information provided by you, you are suffering from renal calculie ie; kidney stone. If it is 2-3 mm in size it will easily removed with the help of lots of fluid & some dietary changes. - take lots of fluid like water, soup, juice, coconut water etc. - try to take 3-4 litre of water in a day. -in maximum cases stones are made up of ca oxalate. So avoid oxalate rich food like: tomato, spinach, brinjal, blach tea/ coffee & other foods rich in seeds. - if you are underweight try to take small & frequent meal. Take 3 major meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) & 3-4 small meal/ snacks. - do regular walk/ exercise for 10-15 minutes. - if your stone pain is very severe / large in size, consult with the doctor.

Start by eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day. Set an alarm to remind you to eat if you are not experiencing regular hunger cues or have a hard time remembering to eat. Try to include more nutritious energy-dense foods such as: nuts and nut butters, dried fruits, cheese, granola bars, and avocados. Try nutrition supplement drinks like ensure plus, boost plus, equate plus (walmart brand), carnation instant breakfast or regular milkshakes. Make sure to eat protein with each meal and snack. Foods high in protein include eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, poultry, fish, dried peas and beans, nuts, and nut butters. Add gravy, cream sauces or cheese sauces to meats or vegetables. Add oils or butter to cooked vegetables, grains, or protein. Use whole or 2% milk in place of water or skim milk in drinks, snacks, and in cooking. Use regular/full fat condiments like mayonnaise, sour cream, and salad dressings in foods.
