Chapatti contains carbohydrates. Which give you energy but for proper growth and body building you need good amount of protein. Yoga and proper diet will help you to increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions.

I am a 27 years old female and am in good health. Since I reached puberty, one of my nipples does not protrude outwards. The other does. The size of my breasts is normal. This nipple gets dried and the tip hardens and falls off, this regularly happens over a gap of a month. It does not hurt. This condition has been observed in last 2 generations of women of our family. Why does this happen? And what is this condition called? Can it be treated? Is it something to worry about?

It is not a n unusual thing. It too found in women after pregnancy and feeding time. You can manipulate and see the tissue changes followed by erection. If it is still not pop up you can have this continue regularly to get changes, as the areas are rich in nerve endings. Usually get s well by doing it. Mean while genetical predisposition is also common in this condition which is less to worry unless any underlying pathology found left.

Find the person who is handling the procedure whether he follow all measure while introducing needle and inserting it normally and with good knowledge and experience. If he do it in wring way the inflammation of vein cause and enlarge and it will subside once the medication is taken immediately and will never cause any permanent damage. Donating blood is good unless you don't suffer from any debilitating disease like diabetes, thyroid and chronic infectious disease. Take care.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I am 27 years old male, and I am diabetic from past 2 years and I am married. Recently I am facing a strange problem, One month ago I started sensing some itchiness on my penis and a white colored layer forming at my penis head even after regular cleaning. As we are planning for children me and my spouse we both went to a gynecologist Dr. for knowing best dates to conceive , as I have notified about my problem she prescribed me to use " CANDIFORCE 200 " since than I am using medications regularly but not cured and from 20 days my force skin circumference reduced and it became very problematic to drag my force skin to fro. Hi, lybrate-user You are having steroids which becomes not good for your health and usage of theese steroids can damage your immune system , I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. I hope you will get better result by usage of these. Hello Lybrate User, Hypertension can be reduced by medicines. Along with that you can take controlled diet as you have mentioned. You also need to reduce stress through various stress reduction methods like Yoga, Pranayam, Music etc. You can reduce weight by taking more natural foods like fruits and salads and reducing Maida foods, Sugar foods and Fried foods. If you balance your life with healthy food and regular exercise, you can reduce/overcome your problem of hypertension.

कॉफी :- खाली पेट कॉफी का सेवन करना नुकसानदायक हो सकता है. कॉफी में मौजूद कैफीन पेट के लिए सही नहीं होता है. अगर आपको सुबह के समय कॉफी पीने की आदत है तो आप पहले एक गिलास पानी पी लें. उसके बाद ही कॉफी का कप लें.

Dear lybrate user, neither cheese is harmful nor butter is harmful. But as you mentioned about your weight and height your body weight according to your height isokay. Why you want to increase your weight. If you are feeling active energetic, no need to increase weight.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello lybrate-user, You can easily reduce weight by following proper diet and exercise regime. You can do the following: 1. Exercise daily 2. Have a balanced diet 3. Eat more of fresh fruits and raw vegetables 4. Include more of fibres and less of fatty foods 5. Keep yourself hydrated 6. Try Yoga 7.
