You can do muscle building exercise,it will help you to gain weight.Along with this eat more food more often.Add cream,cheese,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food extra.Eat cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more fish,egg,lean meat,,soybean,tofu,mushroom,cottage cheese,yogurt.Eat more seeds,nuts.Add more healthy oil in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take quality sleep.These simple things will help you.

Dear lybrate-user, it is good that you wants to stop smoking, try this method we are destroying our health by smoking normal human takes oxygen into lungs 12 -15 times per minute (12 - 15 breaths) lungs mixes oxygen in blood and it purifies our blood, by smoking we are mixing not only oxygen adding and mixing bad elements like nicotine etc. In oxygen, that spoils our blood and our body all organs like lungs, heart, kidney etc. In our body. I am having irregular periods since past 3 months. The flow is next to no flow at all. I have done my sonography and it is told that I have pcod. My weight is 83 kgs. I am completely on diet now. I am an allergic asthmatic, with allergy to gramflour. I used to consume a lot of beetnenal randomly which increased my weight. Presently I am on allegra m, Allegra 180, Deriphyln 150. I took Deviry 10 mg for 5 days and after that one week passed. I started deviry again, and after 3 tablets, I had my period this month (Now flow)

You have to reduce your weight to regularise your periods as well as to get relief from asthma. Do not worry about the quantity of flow at present. Every 45 days if you do not get your periods take Deviry for five days and wait for two weeks to get your cycle. This is only applicable if you are not sexually active and no chance for pregnancy.

Oatmeal is a kind of porridge. Any grain served hot in the shape of a cereal is porridge. Oatmeal is made by processing oats. Oats are perhaps more palatable as a porridge because of the milk or cream in it and also because the heating probably makes the oats more palatable.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. Diet chart: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, you should follow the under noted tips: go for pranayama, meditation to strengthen your lungs to retain plenty of oxygen to ease your problem. Your diet be easily digestible, simple, non- irritant to avoid gastric disorder which may b one of d main reasons of breathing disorder. Drink lukewarm water. Inhale, steam twice. To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hi, to increase weight with muscle on your body, you have to do exercises along with appropriate diet. Start with exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, running, swimming, cycling and yoga. Then after gaining muscle strength you can go for weight training. Also take high protein diet like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams, legumes, broccoli.
