Hi best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hi, You can have these as they dont have any side effects. These all have medicinal properties so no risk. But benefit depends upon the dose and duration and not documented.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity. For hairfall take a dose of baryta carb 200 - 5 drops and revert after 2 weeks.

Hi as per your height, your weight is within normal range. But to build up muscles you need to take good protein diet -at least 70-75 grams per day. Plus a good work out like a gym. Diet should include low fats milk and milk products, home based paneer, pulses, sprouts, nuts, soya products, and eggs and fish or lean chicken if possible.

At this age you should not take medicine for increase of height as height will increase up to the age of 25 years. Your weight according to your height is just okay. Any how if you want to increase weight you may take alfafa tonic thrice a day fir a month.

Hello general weakness will be treated if you follow these things: 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Dear Mr Rohit.....You must have heard the saying PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE....That proverb is exactly related to Diabetes.Once you are diagnosed with diabetes then be sure to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and take medicines for the rest of life....If you can maintain your diet and walk for at least 1 hour a day then may be your blood sugar level normal, but it will always tend to rise....If you are suffering from diabetes then your first priority should be not to higher your blood sugar level.....If your blood sugar level gets rising continously then you may turn into an INSULIN DEPENDANT DIABETIC patient.....in that case you have to take Insulin hormane daily from external means.....So, I would advise to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and a walk for 1 hour daily in case you are diagnosed with diabetes

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Uses of Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is one of the most popular plants in tropical regions. It can thrive in most weather conditions, and also it does not need any extra care. And it takes about 8 months to grow to full size.

This is one of the significant medicinal herbs present in nature. It also provides amazing healing benefits. Some of the benefits that can be included are:

Treats eye disorder:

  • Aloe vera juice cures eyes redness
  • Aloe vera cures eye infections
  • Aloe vera solution drop can soothe your eye pain

Treats ulcer:

  • Mix aloe vera gel with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate and turmeric powder to cure your ulcer wound.
  • Heated aloe vera pulp cures the pain caused by ripe blisters.
  • It also heals your ulcer quickly

Cure wrinkles and acne:

  • Only by applying aloe vera gel regularly, you can prevent wrinkles.
  • You can make aloe vera face pack by mixing - aloe vera gel, rose water and a hint of turmeric powder. You apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. After you rinse the dried face pack, rub ice-cube on your face. This method will help to prevent acne.

Treat diabetes:

Cure paediatric constipation:

  • If kids are suffering from constipation then you can apply aloe vera gel in the umbilical area.
  • Aloe vera gel clears the stool.

Regulate menstrual cycle:

  • Usage of aloe vera gel mixed with ash from forest fire helps in regulation of your period.

Cure stomach pain:

  • You can boil aloe vera gel and with lukewarm water to cure stomach pain.
  • If you have stomach problem caused by spicy food then you can consume aloe vera gel to cool your stomach.
