Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce fatty stomach: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

. Avoid Processed Foods: Avoid refined sugar and processed foods. Refined sugar is toxic to the body which among other things dramatically decreases immune function. Eating refined sugars & highly processed foods containing additives & preservatives significantly lowers the ability of the white blood cells to kill bacteria. 2. Eat Your Greens: Colorful salads and dark greens are loaded with flu-fighting phytonutrients, so pile your plate high. Diets rich in antioxidant vitamins on the other hand can boost resistance to infection. Think about eating in color: dark green, red, yellow, and orange fruits and veggies are packed with vitamins and minerals. 3. Get More Sleep: One key to a strong immune system? Sleep! Get plenty of it to allow the body to restore and repair itself while you rest. Sleep deprivation is highly correlated to becoming sick after being exposed to a virus. 4. Break A Sweat: Adequate exercise helps keep your immune system healthy and robust, so keep moving throughout the winter. Improved blood circulation promotes the circulation of antibodies and white blood cells that are responsible for fighting infections. 5. Practice Stress Management: Reduce stress, particularly during flu season. When your body is under constant stress, you’re more vulnerable to everything from the common cold to major diseases. Long term chronic stress weakens the response of the immune system. Do breathing exercises, yoga or simply things you enjoy to help boost immunity, and relieve tension. Treat yourself to a massage, take a bath with Epsom salts or catch up with an old friend over a green smoothie! 6. Listen to Your Body: Consider whether the foods you are consuming are benefiting your body and mind. Are they nourishing you, or do they make you feel more tired? Consider ways in which food affects you, such as how it makes you feel mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Start to tune into your body at meal time.

Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. you can take syp. ulgel-A 15 ML before meal. thrice a day.

No herbal tablets will help. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic Gastro Aid syrup (Bakson's) (1teaspoon) thrice a day for a week and revert. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Avoid spicy and fried food *If overweight, loose weight.

You need to do morning walk regularly. Take balance-diet and good sleep. If there is any other medical issue with you get yourself treated. For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

To reduce triglycerides & ldl, you should take more fruits, veg, green tea, sprouts, whole legumes and cereals etc. Better you should schedule an appointment where I will do your nutritional health assessment with a machine, make you understand your readings, will take your diet history, explain you what you can do to achieve your health goal, improving & customising your existing diet & deal with the deficiencies. Once you check the thyroid are normal are what. Dieting plans. Early morning when you wake up at that time for r 2glass of water, and in the brekfast you take easy digest the food for like idly. R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegitable. And 2rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks you start for one month and morning walk also important and do some exercise or yoga or cont me.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be used to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection & accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

You can use nutritional supplement to gain weight.But along with this you should take healthy foods frequently.Do not skip meals.Take ghee,butter etc with foods.Take more fish,egg,meat to gain weight.No water during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These are common things but for more quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.
