I tested t3 t4 tsh on 6th dec 2016. It was normal. T3- 125 ng/dl T4- 10.2 Tsh- 2.74 I gained weight. And when I get this tested I was overweight and now I am ograde one obese. 84 kgs and 5 feet 5 inch is my weight and height. Does in 8 months I am going to hypothyroidism. Is it possible. I am conscious about my weight. please help does it possible. To thyronormalacy to hypothyroidism in 8 months.

Hi Uddipan You are having very slow metabolism due to weak thyroid gland, you need to improve metabolism by changing your diet plan, avoid sugar, alcohol, processed juices, junk food. Take more vegetables, fats and proteins in your diet. Take LipoQuick Bullets tab. Early morning empty stomach with warm mineral salt added water. Take 25ml virgin coconut oil daily before sleeping. If you want radiant skin, the old adage 'you are what you eat' has never been more . Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Hi Mr. lybrate-user Rao 1.Best rigmn for you is to go for 45 min brisk walk in morning and 20 min normal walk after dinner. 2.Take diet rich in fibre 3Avoid Rice. If you are a rice eater only then take thick rice only. Strict No to basmati 4.In fruits -No to Mango, banana, Cheeku.u can take papaya 5.proper Sleep 6.Avoid stress by Breathing exercises and yoga asanas especially Ardhmatseyendra Asana n Mandook asana 7Plenty of warm water. 8.u can take bitter guard daily with cucumber n tomato. Along with medicines for high blood sugar she has to take one capsule of Becosule daily and paracetamol tablet sos. She should monitor her blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly and if it is not controlled she has to consult Diabetologist

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

I am having red patches under my breast. I had applied fourderm+betasalic on it and also take antifungal tablets. It got disappeared. Skin problems like fungal disease take time to go , you did the right thing in applying the ointment and taking antifungal tablets in time . Now try applying Clotrimazole powder on the areas lavishly , there is no need to take more antifungal tablets , powder should be applied after thorough cleaning , wear cottons and loose fitting clothes to get area exposed to air and to pass through clothes for better healing. get back with a positive feed back after a week.

Anxiety can cause a rapid heart rate and sometimes skipped beats, but is not associated with other EKG abnormalities. Even lack of sleep and gas does not affect.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. You may need Bariatric Surgery to help you with sustained weight loss.
