I am 69 years, male. Diabetic last 30 years with good control HBA1 less than 7. Insulin 15 units morning and night. Glysiphage 1+1, Deplat 1-0, Roseday-10 & Nervegen 1 each. Under gone Angeoplasty 07 & CABG 08. Vitamin D3 tested recently low at 6. Swift walk 3-4 KM. Exercise 30 minutes in Gym.Cardio Tests @ 6 months normal. Any suggestion to ensure no damage to vital organs? How to remain healthy?

Common symptoms of megnesium deficiency are dizziness, nausea, poor heart health ,weakness, high blood pressure, anxiety etc. High magnesium foods are green leafy vegetables, nuts, beans ,fish, whole grains, banana etc.

Along with balanced diet (like milk, fresh fruits especially banana and grapes, cheese, pulses, fish etc) take unani treatment as follows: majoon aard khurma 10 gm powder following herbs and take 5gm with 200ml milk asgandh, satawar, pamba dana & musli safaid.

Hi lybrate-user take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Hello, the vitamins that are particularly important to healthy hair are vitamins a, b, c, d and e. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 6. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night. 8. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet.

You need to follow a regular diet plan and physical exercise. You may add cereals, plant protein, green vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Additionally drink aloe vera juice (barbadensis miller) at empty stomach at every morning. You may discuss with me privately.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. I am 21 years old I am 6ft tall over 90 kg. I am trying to a build a strong muscles. I am doing my gym workouts normally but I want to know the best food diet to reduce my tummy fat. All women and girls must have heard someone suggesting them NOT TO take fried and sour and cold eatables and drinks a couple of days before and during their periods, as this can make their periods painful. But , the healthcare tip that I am giving here is to AVOID even BATHING AND WASHING with Cold water. Just a few days before and espescially DURING periods, the womwn and girls should use warm water , even for kneading dough with wheat flour , even during summers,because there happens to be a slight rise in the body temp. During those days and it has to be maintained. When women use COLD water during those days, the body mechanism gets imbalanced and this results in painful menstruation.

Mr narasimham, I am sure you must learnt by now, that diabetes is a disease that remains with us for life time. It can only be controlled by proper drugs, restricted diet and exercise. There is no other way at least for now world over. So please continue your treatment regularly, that is the only option.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
