Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. You have to include whole grain cereal like roti, oats, whole grain bread or multigrain products in your diet, also consume different varieties of seasonal fruits & vegetables, moderate protein in your diet with high biological value like egg, fish, & milk products in your diet.

My wife's Blood type is O negative. We are vegetarian. Please let me know which foods (including dry foods) are helpful for pregnancy. Secondly, considering the fact that it is not easily available, please also mention foods which increases/helps to maintain sufficient the O negative blood in body.

She need to eat high protein foods daily in variety not only one type of pulses or vegetable daily. eat all the food products available in medium quantity to get all the nutrients from diet.1 handful of dryfruits roasted or soaked are healthier than fried option. which helps in improving Hb. eat everything natural and less processed easy to digest food in small quantity every 2 hourly.

Choose Low-Volume, High-Calorie Foods Say Good-bye to Low-Cal Eat 5 to 6 meals a day Weight train at least 3 times a week Consume 300-500 calories more Load up on protein Drink your calories Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Have patience and believe in yourself. I am providing you the diet chart which needs to be followed as below: Early morning – Milk 1 glass + Egg whites or Banana 2 + Soaked Almonds -6-7 pcs. Breakfast – Vegetable stuffed paratha - 2 + Curd 1 cup OR Masala dosa 2 OR Mung dal chilla with paneer stuffing 2 OR Omlette 2 + Toasted bread 6 slices Mid morning – Groundnut chikki/dry fruit chikki 3-4 pcs OR roasted soya bean/Almonds –handful and lassi 1 glass. Lunch – Sprout salad – 1 cup OR chicken soup 1 bowl Chapatti 2 with ghee Veg (potato/cauliflower/cabbage/ladyfinger/bottlegourd/ridgegourd/brinjal, etc) 2 cups Dal/legumes (soya bean/moth/mung/etc.) 1 cup Rice/biryani/pulav (veg/non-veg) 1 cup Evening – Tea/coffee 1 cup Cookies 4 Mid evening – Groundnut chikki/dry fruit chikki 3-4 pcs Roasted Soya bean/Almonds – handful Dinner same as lunch – Late night – Milk (add 2 tsp. Hi lybrate-user never take supplements stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

My Mother is aged around 65 years. She is suffering from Diabetes, High BP, Arthritis and Obesity (110 kg). Because of her weight she is unable to walk. She does walk inside the house but with support and her breath start to become fast once she tries to walk little bit say for example going out for doctor. Her Sugar levels are normal with medicines and she is taking medicines for BP and knee pain as well. Could you please suggest which surgery will be best for her to reduce weight. Also please mention the risks involved and cost. What will be the post operative procedures like taking vitamins or injections etc please put light on that too. Thanks.

Hi. Getting fatigue soon with less physical activity can be caused by heavy bodyweight. But may be it is not the sole reason. Any heart artery blockages should be tested first. Once fit from heart side, she can be advised physical exercise and yoga as per her health and weight status. She can also be advised surgery for weight loss only after confirming that heart is healthy. Take care.
