Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Dear, you can get a healthy body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Avoid sugar, jagary,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like banana, grapes,mangoe and cheeku. Regular exercise, yoga and meditaion also advised. If not controlled wiuth diet and exercise then take medicine as advised by your doctor.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Lybrate-user do this diets early morning take aloevera n amla juice with 2glass of water breakfast 8am, oats n apple 11am papaya full plate 2pm lunch take vegetables roti and dal, salad evening take green tea dinner 7: 30pm dalia salad.

If she is having complaints which are not related with her pregnancy then you should have consulted a General Physician, not a Gynaecologist. For digestion, Vitazyme is normally given n side effects are not normally not seen. U should go to a Medical College or Govt. Hospital for her delivery n its pre n post management.

Signs and Symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is defined as a mood disorder that affects one's interaction and relationships with others. It generally develops during adolescence and persists into adulthood. It has been seen that those with a traumatic history of neglect or emotional, physical or sexual abuse are more prone to developing it. Though it affects people varyingly, these are some symptoms that help diagnose BPD.

1. Emotional instability - 
Intense feelings of rage, sorrow, anger, guilt and emptiness or loneliness are experienced by some sufferers of BPD. Extreme mood swings, lasting for a short span of time, are common in BPD. They may also have issues with their self-image where they cannot place themselves and don't know what they feel about themselves or who they are.

2. Disturbing thoughts - One may experience disturbed thinking and the range of severity is rather wide. One may question his or her existence and need constant reassurance to believe other, or hear voices that tell one to harm oneself or others. In some cases, hallucination and developing delusional beliefs become a common phenomenon that greatly upset the mental condition of the sufferer.

3. Impulsive behavior - Indulging in impulsive behavior is a common sign of BPD. Those suffering from BPD may develop suicidal tendencies and threaten to self-harm. Partaking in risky and irresponsible behavior such as gambling, drinking, drug abuse, having unprotected sex with strangers, going on unrestrained shopping sprees and shoplifting are not uncommon for those with BPD.

4. Intense but unstable relationships - Sufferers of BPD live in a fear of abandonment and feel that the people they love might leave them. They make all possible efforts to prevent being left alone. They may beg, cling and track their loved ones to avoid being left alone. The opposite may also occur and sufferers might feel that they are being smothered by others. This results in actively pushing away loved ones. A combination of these feelings leads sufferers to give out mixed signals which is confusing and often hurts them and their loved ones.

Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

hello poonam...both things are important for reducing belly fat ..1st its 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy nutritive diet.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. avoid fatty refined processed food...

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. Good question Mr. Lybrate user. Keep it up. To maintan good quality of life, first of all, you need to focus on your diet intake, which should be home maqde, wel balanced with more proteins, less fats& carbohydrates, more fibre rich, like you can take all non. Veg items but fresh, home made, less spicy, less oily but not fried in oils, etc. If eggs, prefer white. If pure veg, you take, more dal, millets, spouts, dry fruits[even if you take, non. Veg also, you should take more veg is better}, milk morning & nigt before going to bed, replace sugar intake with jaggery or honey, take 3-4 litres of water/day. That too taking 1/2 litre to 1 litr in morning with empty stomach is very good for body as a cleanser. Do not forget to keep mind & body in qyilibrium by practicing yoga, pranayama, mediattion, breathing exercises, regularly& physically to become fit, do exercises, warm ups, playing some favourite spiort regularly is good. Try to avid alcohol, smoking max. If any tea habit, its okay if 1-2 times, but reduce more than 2 times if its or, try to replace with lemon tea, or green tea. Avoid junk/fatty/packed/fast/spicy/oily/out side/canned food& drinks, like carbonated rinks. Take more green leafy veg, veg, in your diet. Avoid using smart phones usage at maximum at your level, I know now a days, its must for everybody, for every thing, so try to limit to certain period on urself, use ear phones max. Whenever you need to listen or talk. Take care.

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Wear a hat with broad brim, wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. Don't awake late nights, follow motto of'early to bed, early to rise' avoid unnecessary exertion or stress.

Firstly learn to understand your body's needs and eat in accordance. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Take sufficient quantities of protein through eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, protein bars. Drink milk atleast 2 glasses per day. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and most importantly, workout regularly. Take healthy fats in form of egg yolk, banana, dry fruits.

I am 24 years old. My weight is 50 Kg. By profession I am a full time Blogger/Internet marketer. Every day I wake up around 8.30 am and go for bath. After that I take my meal which is mostly an Omlete with rice (I start my day like that and I don't eat breakfast so you can call it breakfast too). I can't eat much so early morning but try to eat somehow. I feel like I am going to vomit if I eat. After that I go to office at 10 am and have my lunch at 2.00 pm. On lunch I eat noodles/fried stuffs mostly and drink some cold drinks after that. Then after lunch again I comeback to office and keep on working till 7 or 8 pm. Then I comeback home and watch TV or play games on mobile and after that around 10 pm I have my dinner. After dinner again I sit with my laptop and work or browse internet till 1.30 am or 2 am. Then I go to sleep. That means I sleep for 5 to 6 hours daily. As I said I am blogger/internet marketer that's why I have to sit on desk and work on my laptop all the day. Sometimes I feel sleepy specially after lunch. In this way my life is going. Problems: I am underweight and very skinny. I have all the responsibility of my family and that's why most of the time I remain in stress. I have stamina but I can't lift heavy things as I am skinny. I can't eat much whether it is breakfast or lunch or dinner. I want to gain muscle, I want to touch 60 Kg at least as soon as possible. I feel ashame for my body type. Because none of my friends or colleagues are like me and they are healthy and once upon a time they were like me but they have changed overtime. I know my routine life is not perfect. Can you please suggest me or schedule my day how should I spend my day? I mean which things I need to change. And which habits I should avoid? How to start gaining muscle slowly? What I should eat and when? Which exercises I should do? Please help me and schedule/ make a routine for my day (in detail).

Hello I understand your concern. Nutrition and exercise can make you strong and fit internally. Change your lifestyle as you know you eating crap (sorry for my language. But you need to Eat healthy food throughout day like 5 to 6 small meals that must contain Healthy fat, complex carbs and enough protein. If you not doing it properly tou are inviting diseases like heart problem, artory disease, stroke etc. You must feed your body to healthy food .Make sure you workout/exercise 1 hour from your busy schedule. There is no specific type of constipation as mentioned by you. However, if constipation is there one has to increase the intake both soluble and insoluble fibers by taking adequate quantities of green salads, flax seeds or fenugreek seeds and plenty of water. Also increase intake fruits (which are permitted). If still constipation remains mild stool softeners may be used with advise from your doctor.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
