How to control diabetes and blood pleasure. What type of food we have to consume, what type of exercise we have to do. Do we have cure for sure or no.

How to control diabetes and blood pleasure. What type of food we have to consume, what type of exercise we have to do...
Mr. Lybrate-user, first thing to be clarified is that essential hypertension (high bp) and diabetes are not curable, both can only be controlled effectively by proper medication, diet control and regular exercise. Treatment has to go on for lifetime. To control high blood glucose following things are to done: 1) appropriate medicines based on fasting, pp glucose levels and hba1c%, to be taken regularly, 2) restricted diet providing exact calories based on ideal body weight, glucose levels and extent of daily exercise, 3) regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, to keep weight in check and as near as normal, 4) avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks, fructose corn syrup containing products, 5) refrain from alcohol and smoking. For controlling bp apartfrom all above you have to reduce salt intake to about 2 to 3 g a day. Avoid all highly processed foods. As regards exercise any exercise is good, simplest of option is brisk walking for 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week. If one can do a bit heavier exercise then it is welcome. Basically both these conditions need following a modified lifestyle along with medication.

I am pretty diabetic stage from 5 years and my feet have burning problem. prediabetes stage how many years running?
That's Neuropathy that you are having. The treatment of Diabetes is not that simple. There are many classes of Diabetic Drugs. It depends on extent of Diabetes and complications to decide medicine for the Diabetic person. Dosages are also decided upon depending on your acute and chronic sugar levels, fasting sugar levels, post prandial sugar levels, urine sugar levels, urine MICROALBUMIN levels, urea and creatinine levels. So, a complete Diabetic profile needs to be done to reach for the best drugs and proper dosages. Here is the list of Tests, please get them done and follow up with me. I will do the best and give you a proper treatment. 1. HBA1C. 2. SUGAR - Fasting and PP. 3. Urine - Routine and MICROSCOPY. 4. Urine MICROALBUMIN. 5. Urea and Creatinine. 6. Lipid Profile. Follow up with the reports. I will set up a wonderful treatment plan to control your sugar levels. Additionally I will also make a customised Dietary plan for you to take care of your Sugar levels naturally.

I have gain lots of weight from some months. I want to decrease my weight. How can I do it without doing any diet?
Every one is in a diet either a good one or a bad one. You have to eat clean to lose body fat else there will be no results. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Whenever there is a fracture the bones start healing immediately and we just have to show them the way by immobilising that part and then if we want to repair that part than we need to operate it.

I'm 57 years old having 5. 8inch height and weight 77kg. Generally I don't have fat looks but I have apparent belly. I need to reduce it by a crash course. Could you please suggest some medicines ae well as strict food regime.

To lose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (especially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving oneself does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multigrain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double toned milk. Com the best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

Clinical reports - normal. Only want to reduce weight. What is the way?
Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form. If interested for full regimen, inform us.
