The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

hello ravi, yah sure u can loose your weight. first of all go for regular workout and follow these simple diet tips as follow: after wakeup 1 glass warm water with little lemon and honey breakfast oats with milk, 3 white eggs, papaya , 6 almonds brunch salad , green tea lunch 1 chapati, green vegies, little curd before workout 1 apple , black coffee after workout 3 white eggs, sprouts, 1 apple,1 glass juice dinner 1 chapati, boiled daal, salad, boiled chicken breast, before sleep green tea

What are precautions to be taken after the patient is gone through angiographies?
Angiography is the imaging technique to detect the blockages of blood vessels of heart. After angiography - * first take medicines given by doctor daily. * maintain your blood pessure to the normal level & if you are hypertensive then take regular medicines. * avoid high fat foods like butter, oil & fried foods & maintain the blood cholesterol level upto normal. * take a walk for minimum 10-15 minutes daily & avoid excessive physical activities like running or excessive exercises.

To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains, pulses and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals… B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals… C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 30 days…gives you good result…THANKS.
