Hi, Hollow cheeks can be a result of aging. As you grow older, your face muscles lose their normal tone and elasticity. The result is sagging skin on your face, wrinkles and hollow cheeks. Failure to eat a healthy diet, dehydration or exposure to excessive sun may also contribute to hollow cheeks. Engaging in regular exercises that work out your face muscles can help prevent or lessen the prominence of hollow cheeks. -Cheek inflation- It is performed by holding your mouth closed and filling it with air. Begin by moving the air under your upper lip and hold it there for 10 seconds before moving it to your left cheek followed by your right cheek. Be sure that you hold the air for 10 seconds in each position. -Exercise With a Smile-It is performed by looking into a mirror and smiling while keeping your mouth closed. Follow this exercise by wrinkling your nose to help stimulate the muscles located under your cheek. -Cheek lifting-The ‘cheek lifting’ exercise entails lifting your cheeks by smiling as you press down on the lower part of your eye socket using your index fingers. You can also tone the facial muscle beneath your eyes by performing eye exercises. With your mouth open, pull your upper lip inwards. Then, while looking upwards, narrow your eyes and place your fingers just below the lower eyelids. Gently press downwards as you try to close your eyes. Hold this position for 4 to 5 seconds, release and do five to 10 repetitions. The facial yoga exercises work out all muscles of the face and help eliminate sagging facial skin and wrinkles. -Our eyes often sink in with age, resulting in an unsightly appearance. This exercise will help tone the skin around your eyes to help achieve a more youthful look. Sit in a comfortable chair with your eyes closed. Keep your eyes closed and move your eyeballs as if you were looking as far up as possible followed by looking down as far as possible. Repeat 10 to 15 times. Another eye exercise is performed by closing your eyes and lifting your eyebrows up as far as possible to help stretch the skin of your eyelids. You should hold this position for about 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

Hi I just got cesarean 16 days ago. After 1 week my doctor removed the stitches and made me to wear a belt next day I found it bleeding from incision I called up my doctor and she's dressing me 3 days once. 2 days or 3 days once it bleeds. For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Medicine will depend upon sugar level.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone’s cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats. 4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism. 5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day. 6. Switch To Lukewarm Water: Drinking lukewarm water Every time you are thirsty will reduce fat deposits in your body, so you must go for it. 7. Never eat protein supplements, its dangerous, these companies and sellers will never tell you the actual horrors of supplements, infertilty, impotence, low libido are just few side effects, instead eat natural proteins derived from food. Eat paneer, cow ghee, curd, milk, figs, apricots, almonds, green leafy vegetables, bananans, apple, walnuts they all are rich source of protein, exercise a lot and eat them freely. Do not eat supplements its poison.

Hye, thank you for your query. You need to look into your whole lifestyle. You can't just use a single remedy and expect to get good health. In order to reduce unwanted fats in your body and to reduce cholesterol you must eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories which are likely to be stored as cholesterol etc. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of it is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages. Cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine. Exercise at least thrice a week.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.
