daily 1 hour early in the morning and 1 hour after dinner do walkout. dont take cold drings, fast food, oily food. u eat oats daily. Fucus ves-Q / 1 teaspoonful with warm water thrice daily for 3 months.

I got my BHCG test result, in that it came sample highly lipemic, what does it mean and does it affect my result?
Highly lipemic means high fats interfering with results, due to internal factors like hemorrhage any where, liver disease or break down of blood due to any other disease. It can be due to external factors also due to wrong collection of sample. Get the test repeated from another lab and do share with all of us here.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Best time to eat fruits is between meal like Between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and Dinner Empty stomach, fruit can cause Nausea and acidity

Keep doing the right things that support the body and it's growth. Just by following simple healthy habits you can stay healthy and help the body grow. Healthy lifestyle is essential for normal growth and maintainence of health. Eat only healthy home made food and avoid junk food ( outside food including cold drinks ). Exercise every day for 1 hour or at least 30 mins. Yoga and pranayam can be very beneficial if done properly. Sleep at the regular timings ( sleep 7-8 hrs every day ). Have fruits and vegetables ( seasonal ones ) every day along with natural nuts and seeds.

Common symptoms of diabetes: •Urinating often •Feeling very thirsty •Feeling very hungry - even though you are eating •Extreme fatigue •Blurry vision •Cuts/bruises that are slow to heal •Weight loss - even though you are eating more (type 1) •Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands/feet (type 2) Regular exercise and proper diet can control diabetes. Pl take decoction of chavya, chitrak, sonth, peepal, peeplamool 20 ml bd and tarunikumakar chooran 1 tap at night for ten days. Report after that for further tips.

Get your blood checked for CBC Esr and follow up with reports and for a healthy body Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
