Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Hi lybrate-user you should avoid high carbohydrate food and take high protein food like chicken ,paneer ,egg etc. Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine. Less the physical activity and more carbohydrate intake is the main reason behind the extensive weight gain. You can turn your body into fat burning machine by reducing intake of carbohydrate in diet. So eat less of carbohydrate like grain, wheat, rice and sugar. Eat more of vegetable, protein ,and fat. Dear friend, try to avoid food containing high calories. Add some salads and a lot of water in your daily diet. Start some physical exercise like running, swimming etc as you can easily do. Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

You are at high risk for cardiovascular disease if your hs-CRP level is higher than 3.0 mg/L. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. 300 sugar sounds not good, you are young so i would firstly want to normal your sugar. Start eating methi ka dana i table spoon. put 1 table spoon methi ka dana in water, let it be in water overnight, next day eat it empty stomach, do it for 90 days regularly. if you want to see the good result in 60 days then take triphla chooran and methi dana powder, both 1 table spoon, put both in water overnight, consume it empty stomach. secondly i am giving you some natural remedies to loose weight, follow it Answer is bit long but do read it if you want to be healthy: 1. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3. Weight should be reduced @5 kg per month to maintain health. You are doing fine by taking right diet and doing exercises. Don't take any supplements and listen to body language so as not to tire yourself by working out for extra hours. Eating a healthy food along with exercise shall become a lifetime good habit, and one should not be obsessed with body, food or exercises as if the entire world revolves around only for above 3.
