Hi, You are probably suffering from male pattern baldness. Initially avoid stress and have balanced diet with atleast 50-60g of protein in your diet. Start taking biotin supplements and good antioxidants, use peptide solutions twice daily and avoid using SLS contain shampoos. If this doesn't help you can go for mesotherapy, dermaroller or PRP therapy. Hope I was of some help. Take care and stay healthy.

Normally it is difficult to increase height after 19-20 years of age. But you may try doing pull ups and cycling. Just don't take any medications as they are just money wasting tricks.

Belief is a pre-requisite for achievement but a strong belief alone cannot make you achieve something. When you believe you can, you put in maximum effort. That takes you closer to your dream. However, there always are factors beyond one's control that help or keep us from executing our plan. More important than staying positive is to stay realistic. Know your potential, know your limitations and respect the factors beyond your control. Dreaming is good, but making plans and carrying them out one by one will take you closer to the dream. Also remember, failure is inevitable and not necessarily negative. It teaches us a lot. There are exercises available to improve your focus and attention. Games are available on every platform. Meditation also helps. Stay relaxed as much as you can. That is the most important.

Soak five to six dried figs in water overnight. The next day, eat them in two parts during the day. Do this daily for about a month. Alternatively, soak two dried figs overnight in milk and eat it before breakfast. Follow this routine for two month....take ashwgandha churna 1tsf twice daily with milk...do exercise daily.

I have indigestion prob. I consult many doctors they said jst change your lifestyle n diet .n it's just stress prob. I take too much stress of studies n even every single thing. Now d prob is with me m weak, my hand shivers, I feel whole day sleep. How could I gain my weight? actually the point is the things which helps in gaining weight like milk ,cheese etc r not easily digestible. N which r digestible that doesn't help in gaining weight. So what type of diet could I take to gain my weight n strength in my body.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
