You will need to make a few changes to your lifestyle: have a balanced diet including green leafy vegetables and fruits. Sleep at least 7 hours each day. Drink at least 3 litres water every day. If possible take care of your skin by doing routine facials/face massages to help improve facial blood circulation.

Sleeping time will be according to your daily work and regular night food eating habits For that take lite diet in night meals you can need less sleep for night food digestion You can decrease sleep timing naturally by only this way

IT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO HAVE CAT NAP AFTERNOON AFTER LUNCH, BETTER TO HAVE 6-7 HRS UNDISTURBED SLEEP AT NIGHT.

Because you are taking small naps in the day time that's why you are not able to sleep properly in the night plan out your daily routine with more active and intersting activities along with exercises do things which interest you whenever you feel like sleeping on the day time get involved in some intersting hobby of your choice if you will fight sleep in the day time for a few days then you will be able to sleep properly in the night and above all if you have any physical problem or disease get it treated at the first priority

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during dinner. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Drink a lots of water daily. If you have a habit of masturbation then you should not masturbate for more than twice in a week. Abstain from any type of addiction if you have any.

I feel sleepy and tired every morning even after having sleep for 8-9 hours. My tiredness and sleepiness does not go away even after having a bath. And 3-4 hours after waking up I am like I want to sleep again. In morning I have a big glass of milk with protinex and I don't have any breakfast as there is no space left in my stomach after drinking milk.

The biggest mistake you are doing is not having any breakfast. Eat a stomach full breakfast everyday and take a multivitamin along with it.

Avoid day time sleep. Take 8 hours of regular sleep. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing, avoid tea /coffee in late evening and after. Avoid stress.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hello sir. One my friend having an issue whether its big or not I don't know but I noticed him when ever he didn't take enough sleep he just do like odd thing he suddenly shakes his body like jumps his whole body or we could say like jerks his body when I asked him he says he can't control that it occurs automatically when he doesn't take enough sleep.
