First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Your father might be indulging in this relationship due to various reasons, which you can understand after few years. Does he fulfill the responsibility of a father, does he abuse you. I can understand your mom s depression. Take them to a psychiatrist to discuss about this extra marital issue. Do not have any violent thoughts with him. He is a person who needs to be analyzed and helped.

6 Tips to Help You Sleep Better

Sleeping is a natural process, which should happen effortlessly when you are tired. However, owing to a lot of factors, your sleep might be disrupted and the lack of sleep might make you feel tired and less productive the next day.

Here are a few tips which you could follow to sleep better:

  1. Remove the faintest traces of light: A dark room helps you sleep better as even a faint light can trick your brain into believing that it is daytime and disrupt your sleep. Switch off all your lights and if that doesn’t help, use an eye mask to keep the light out.

  2. Keep your beverages under check: Consuming any form of caffeinated beverages within six hours of your sleep time can hamper your sleep. The caffeine content in your beverages can reduce your regular sleep time by more than two hours as it is loaded with oxidants which fight drowsiness.

  3. Choose your dinner carefully: Eating a heavy dinner can cause discomfort while sleeping and can disrupt it as you feel over-stuffed. Refrain from consuming alcohol with your dinner as it can force you to make frequent trips to the washroom and act as a disruption to your sleep.

  4. Do not exercise before going to bed: Exercise is absolutely important for a healthy lifestyle, but exercising before going to bed can result in problems in sleeping. Exercising can give you an adrenaline rush which keeps you awake and pumped up at night.

  5. Find the perfect mattress and pillow: Feeling comfortable is the key to good sleep. Your bed and pillow might be too hard or soft for you and can be the reason behind you not getting proper sleep. Doctors recommend feather pillows for a good night’s sleep. Also, if you are using a synthetic pillow, make sure to replace it every six months.

  6. Indulge in snooze foods: You can avail and indulge in certain foods which have been labelled as snooze foods as they help you get better sleep at night. Warm milk is loaded with an amino acid known as ‘tryptophan’ which helps you get better sleep at night. Eating one spoon of honey before going to bed is a great idea as it releases ‘Orexin’, a neuropeptide which is responsible for lowering alertness levels.

Ideally you have to go to bed at 10.30 pm latest to be able to rise at 6.30 am the next morning. (8 hours sleep). I suggest that you do some light exercise after your dinner, take a bath (need not wet your hair) and go to bed. I am sure you will get 8 hours sound sleep & wake up fresh next morning!

Zolfesh is a good drug which is quite safe usually, but as it is prescription medicine, it should only be taken as per advice of a qualified doctor. Sleeping problem (insomnia) may need further evaluation by a sleep specialist, if it does not subsides after few days of this medicine, because one should not keep on taking zolfresh for a long long time.

Your sleep is disturbed, stop worrying, take bath two times, have regular light exercise, avoid spicy and pungent diet, take fruits and fresh juices. Practice meditation, yoga and pranayam, cultivate positive thoughts, this will help in getting good sleep.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Hi, Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Sudershana vati sos for headache.

I am 32 years old and I get to sleep at night with no regular timings. Some days I get sleep by 11 PM and some nights I don't get sleep by 11. Even if I hit the bed at 11 and though I am tired still some nights I don't get the sleep in time. Then I am forced to do masturbate which gives me sleep. Otherwise I am awake for long hours and all my office routine next morning gets disturbed as I fail to wake up early. I want timely sleep with out masturbation everyday.

Hi, I do care for your concern. Try to have regular exercise, which would help a lot. Try to take more green leafy vegetables, have your dinner at least two hours before going to sleep. Doing meditation will add to the help. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts I can help.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

Agar lordosis increase ho gai ho. To uske liye best exercise koun si hai, sidhe let kr exercise karni chahiye, ya phir ulte let ke? Or ya phir dono exercise karni chahiye. Because mai jab bhi ulti let k exercise krti hu to mujhe pain jyada feel hota hai, so please tell me which exercise is useful for me.

Sit on an exercise ball with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, shoulders back, and spine neutral. Pick a ball that allows your knees to be at a 90-degree angle when you are sitting with your feet flat on the floor. Tilt your hips and round your lower back by contracting your abdominals. Feel as if you are trying to bring your pubic bone to your bellybutton. Hold for 3 seconds. Tilt your hips in the opposite direction and arch your back. Feel as if you are sticking your tailbone out. Hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times, alternating directions. Complete 3 sets. OR Lie flat on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head or cross them over your chest. Breathe in. As you breathe out, pull your bellybutton to your spine, engaging your transverse abdominus muscles, the muscle that wraps around your midline like a corset. Raise your head and shoulders a few inches off the floor to do a crunch, while maintaining the contraction in your abdominals. Return to starting position, relax, and repeat 10 times. Complete 3 to 5 sets.
