Stop worrying, be positive in all aspects. Take bath twice in a day morning and evening; do exercise daily, meditation and chanting mantras. 1- almond oil massage of scalp-head daily at bed time 2- capsule stresscom- dabur 500 mg twice in a day with water 3- triphala churna 5-6 gm at bed time with warm water 4-khaskhas seeds- khakra-post dana or poppy seeds 100 gm + jayfal-nutmeg one, make powder, add 6-7 gm in 200 ml of milk + water 100 may add some sugar boil for 10-12 minutes and consume at night before bed continue for 2-3 months and report.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hello, Take BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Give her 2 hours rest in the day time so that she can wake up till 11 PMin the night. She should avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Get some exercise. More oxygen intake will keep you fresh. Have a glass of water before sitting down to study. Set a time limit for yourself- to finish a topic or a set number of questions. Reward yourself with something you like to do or eat. Set next target and go ahead. Probably what you are doing is not important for you, that's the reason you are laxed and sleep. Make your studies important for you- you will not feel sleepy.

Dear, it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

Tips for good night 1. Sleep as much as you need to feel rested; do not oversleep. Many a time?s people have a habit of oversleeping on weekends and sleeping less on working days. In the long run such habit may interfere with your sleep cycle and your quality of sleep may get affected. 2. Quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Some sleep for just 3-4 hours and remain fresh throughout the day where as others sleep 8-10 hours and yawn throught the day. 3. Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily, ideally 4-5 hours before your bedtime. 4. Keep a regular sleep and awakening schedule. As far as possible stick on to the fixed time for retiring and rising. 5. Do not drink caffeinated beverages later than 4 PM (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.). 6. Do not smoke, especially in the evening. 7. Do not go to bed hungry and do not go to the bed immediately after heavy dinner. 8. Adjust the environment in the room (lights, temperature, noise etc.) The room you are sleeping should not be too warm, shouldn?t have some bright light. 9. Wear comfortable clothing when you go to bed. Sleeping with tight fitting clothing may affect your sleep. 10. Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. 11. A light snack may be sleep-inducing, but a heavy meal too close to bedtime interferes with sleep. 12. Milk contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which has been shown in research to help people go to sleep. 13. Take a warm bath half an hour before going to bed. 14. Listen to light music in the evening hours or just before going to the bed. Listening to exciting music may interfere your quality of sleep. 15. Sleep with your head facing north (magnetic) and feet facing south. 16. Don?t read very interesting and thrilling books just before going to bed. Your mind may remain active for long time and you may have difficulty in initiating sleep. 17. Yoga and Pranayama may help in inducing sleep. Homoeopathic management of Insomnia: Many a times Insomnia is due to faulty methods adopted by the person which interferes with the sleep cycle. Few Insomniacs have some psychological and behavioral problems which need to be tackled medically. Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid late night sleeping habits 4) avoid oily spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take 30 ml of ojus syrup along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. B) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 15 ml of honey before meals. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Hello, for the blocked artery you have to consult to specialists. For a good sleep you should take Kali phos 6x , 5 tabs , in the morning. Take Avena sativa Q, 10 drops + Passiflora Q, 20 drops +, half cup of water at night 1 hour before sleeping. Revert me after 15 days.

Using the right pillow can help you sleep longer and feel more rested.
The National Sleep Foundation advises:

For back sleepers, use a thinner pillow with a thicker area at the bottom for better neck support.
Stomach sleepers should use the thinnest possible pillow, to reduce strain on the lower back.
Side sleepers should opt for a thick pillow with a wide edge, to fill the area between the shoulder and ear.
