I am not able to sleep properly. Whenever I sleep it looks like the food I ate is coming out some times, sometimes I am burping, so I could not wake up early even at 8 am, so couldn't eat breakfast. But morning sleep is superbly coming. Please help me.

It could be due to hyperacidity. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals. Esp in night. Avoid late night eating. Avoid constipation. Antacid might be required. Consult with more details if required.

Hello, your are under weight by 24 kgs, approx, being the main cause of your litharzic attitude. Please, increase your weight to gain weight & energy you need to follow the under noted tips. You need to take antibiotic for the boil. External application can not heal it. So go for a check up to a doctor of your locality. Meanwhile keep the arm pit dry wash properly while bathing and dry it properly after wards. Apply some face powder to the area to keep it dry from sweat. If necessary ask again.

Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Crocin sos to relieve headache.

I have a puss filled big painful bump on my cheek that have caused swelling of cheek. please help me out.

1. It is an abscess and the pus has to be drained out 2. Give warm compression locally 2-3 times daily for the pus to drain out 3. If it does not drain out, it has to be removed by a small incision 4. Consult doctor for advice and treatment.

Lybrate-user ji. Actually there is no such problem with the sleep. You can just manage it by taking few steps- 1- your child can only sleep properly at night only when she doesn't sleep in class, and to do this you can just talk with the class teacher to make her sit in front row, so that every teacher can watch over her. 2- do not give oily (like paratha, poori), fatty (like potato, rice) or much sweet diet (like jam or honey, etc.) in her tiffin for school lunch, give healthy diet (like roti). 3- give her a healthy breakfast before going to school, breakfast can contain fatty rich food with milk. These things prevent her from sleeping in class and make her schedule regular of early sleeping in night.

Getting up in the morning is a much easier task than falling asleep, particularly if you do not have problems falling asleep at 11 pm in night. Set up a series of alarms atleast 30 minutes apart, approximately 2-3 hours earlier than the time you wish to get up. Follow this for a month. Then progressively decrease the number if alarms in the series over 15 days. This will reset your biological circadian rhythm and I hope you will get up on time. If you face problems in falling asleep at night, or feel drowsy all day even after sleeping for 8 hours, contact me online. Take care.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

after school is over. better to bath freshly. go to your friend home or any relative home. dont go to bed directly sit in chair read any news paper or talk with your mother. do some help to your mother. it is better to practise any game. it losses your laziness. or go for walk or running. better to do some pending work of your studies. it is better to make a good plan of studies. slowly solve it. better to practice yoga and meditation at evening time. it improves your concentration and memory levels. better to talk most of the time with your friends and family members. dont be alone. feel always happy all the time. based on study plan do some hard work. initially start to real slowly. increases day by day. remember what you read. you have a plan what you read what are the pending chapters. always think about studies. write on one note book. how many chapters i am well prepared. how many are pending. when you follow this method. it is good for your future studies also. be friendly with others. be happy all the time. ok all the best.
